Judging from the following scans, we can definitely say that Natsumi will henshin into Kamen Rider Kivaara on the upcoming Kamen Rider Decade movie in December.
But most fans suspects that she will die eventually at the end. You know why? All female Kamen Riders died before the end of each series and movies. It's already a curse. Even Akira of Kamen Rider Hibiki didn't survive the curse. She died on an episode in Kamen Rider Decade.
