On February 1, Japan Foundation, an organization dedicated in promoting Japanese culture worldwide, had launched a site to teach people Japanese language using some dialogues taken from highly popular anime series abroad.
The website is not fully online yet, but the Character Expressions and Love Word Quiz modules are now available. The modules pull examples from four genres of anime and manga — romance, school, ninja, and samurai — to demonstrate sayings that boys, girls, samurai, butlers, mistresses, street punks, Osakans, and others might say.
