I have posted sometime in early December about Yumi Sugimoto debuting as a singer. And the time has come. Yumi Sugmoto will release her very first single on February 17, 2010, entitled "Harukoi" which literally means "Spring Love." It will be released on two versions: the Harukoi Cho Type [CD+DVD] and Harukoi Hana Type [CD+PHOTO BOOKLET].


The album have two tracks: Harukoi being the first and "Kirakira," literally means "Sparkling," will be the second. It's not stated whether the tracks have instrumental versions like most Jpop singles always have. According to recent reports, Yumi Sugimoto was the one who have written the songs herself.

In the G3 Princess Single from the Super Sentai series, Engine Sentai Goonger, Yumi Sugimoto already sang Miu Suto's character song, "Yume no Tsubasa" (Dream Wings).
