Another Henshin Hottie will take on the spotlight on her very first starring role on a movie. Rina Akiyama will star the upcoming Gothic & Lolita Psycho (Gosurori Shokei-nin) movie to be directed by Go Ohara.
Rina Akiyama will play as Yuki, a girl who lives at home in peace until one day a unit of assassins breaks in and slaughters her mother. In order to reveal the truth behind the seemingly senseless murder, Yuki transforms herself into a demon of vengeance by donning gothic lolita clothing, wielding a parasol as a deadly weapon, and adopting the famous quote: “Suffer no guilt, ye who casts judgment in the name of God”.
Rina Akiyama, a gravure idol who is dubbed as "Queen of the Beautiful Ass". She previously starred on the tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Agito and Kamen Rider Den-O, their respective movies, and Jdrama's like 24 no Hitomi and Cupid no Itazura. This will be her first starring role in a movie.
Other stars in the movie are Ruito Aoyagi (24 no Hitomi, Sunadokei), Minami Tsukui (Geisha Assassin), and Yourei Yanagi. Makeup/gore effects were handled by Yoshihiro Nishimura (Tokyo Gore Police, Vampire Girl vs Frankenstein Girl).
Gothic & Lolita Psycho movie will get a limited release at Theater N Shibuya sometime this summer.
