After all the waiting, fans will now have a chance to see the full trailer of live action adaptation of the mysterious sphere manga/anime Gantz. The movie stars Kazunari Ninomiya (Arashi) and Ken'ichi Matsuyama (Death Note, Detroit Metal City).

Gantz live action movie tells the story of Kei Kurono and his friend Masaru Kato who die in a train accident and become part of a semi-posthumous "game" in which they and several other recently deceased people are forced to hunt down and kill aliens armed with a handful of futuristic items of equipment and weaponry.

Also included in the cast of Gantz live action movie are Yuriko Yoshitaka (Kaiji), Natsuna, and Takayuki Yamada (Train Man, Crows Zero, H2: Kimi to Ita Hibi). The movie will be directed by Shinsuke Sato (The Princess Blade, Suna-dokei, Oblivion Island: Haruka and the Magic Mirror).

Gantz live action movie will be shown in two parts: the first part will open this January 29th, 2011, and the next part hitting screens later in the spring of 2011.
