It is first seen on the recently released SH FiguArts Collection Mook.Kamen Rider W Cyclone Joker Extreme itself haven't debuted in the series, said to debut at Episode 30 during the Kamen Rider W vs Nightmare Dopant battle.

CSToys International have brought us a sneak peak and review of the SH FiguArts SH figuArts Collection Mook. Included in the mook is a pre-order ticket for SH FiguArts Cyclone Cyclone and Joker Joker exclusive figures.
The SH FiguArts Collection Mook is a magazine consisting of pictures of all released and upcoming SH FiguArts releases. It also have pictures on the SH FiguArts predecessors, the Souchaku Henshin series that was releases on 2007-2008 (this ones have SH FiguArts articulation and quality, except for the die-cast armors).
The SH FiguArts Collection Mook costs Y1,905 or about $22. The mook is a must have for collectors of this toyline. I wonder if Revoltech or Robot Damashii will have one.
With Kamen Rider DiEnd's acquisition of his Complete Form, like Kamen Rider Decade Complete, he's been able to summon fellow Riders. But compared to Decade Complete who summons main Heisei Kamen Riders, he can summon Evil (not necessarily) Movie Exclusive Kamen Riders.

Here is our first look (but honestly, it's just an update) of the prototype for the upcoming SH FiguArts Kamen Rider Ichigo, which is dubbed as the "New Kamen Rider #1." The first prototype of this figure was shown in the recent Tamashii Features Volume 1 event last month.
The figure comes with three types of scarves (the long and wavy one, short, and normal hanging one), and the usual interchangeable hands. This figure will be a lot different from the first Kamen Rider #1 (The NEXT Ver) that was released years ago since this guy will have an old school feel on it.
As of this writing, no release date and prices have been announced.

These are the words posted by a US Politician and New Hampshire State Representative Nick Levasseur on his Facebook profile status, decrying the survival of Japanese race.
With this, Levasseur was put into hot water, not just by anime fans worldwide, but with the Republicans, for making "hateful" remarks. This lead people on thinking that's he is indeed insensitive and racial.
For all people who did know about history, during the World War II, the Allied Powers, wherein US is a member, dropped two atomic bombs on two of Japan's cites. First on Hiroshima and 2nd in Nagasaki. This leads to over 240.000 deaths in Japan.
But this is not what he meant it to be...
Anime News Network and Otaku Review contacted Rep Levasseur regarding this matter and his reply is as follows:
I would like to deeply apologize for the insensitivity of this post. It was a poorly thought out comment, posted in jest, on my private facebook page. This, of course, does not excuse the comment. From what I have read and understood, he didn't say why he created such comments and who it is for. Instead, he said that it's just a joke and the public is no way needs to be informed more about this matter, that it's better to be kept in private matters rather than to be shared to the public.
To be honest, when you join in such social networking sites, you made yourself a public, in one way or another. That's even though you put it on your private account. I think you know what I mean about this. A forum post that I read on HJU even states that:

Kiminori Wakasugi's music themed manga, Detroit Metal City, will be taking on their final concert on April 23's issue of Hakusensha's Young Animal magazine. The announcement was made in the seventh issue of the magazine.
According to Wakasugi, the series will end on the 10th compilation volume of the manga.
Detroit Metal City is a story about Soichi Negishi, a shy and young aspiring pop musician. But instead, he ended up as the lead vocalist of a death metal band, Detroit Metal City aka DMC. He hides in the name of Johannes Krauser II who is rumored to be a terrorist demon from hell.
The manga sprung a 13 episode anime series, a live action movie adaptation, and a set of Revoltech figures.

Another new addition to the Dragon Ball SH FiguArts toy line.SH FiguArts Gohan is one of the upcoming SH FiguArts figures to be released sometime in July or August. On the scan posted on the right, the figure is said to come with two hair molds: one for Super Saiyan and another for SSJ2, four interchangeable facial expressions, and the usual interchangeable hands. Also included in the figure is the cape similar to Piccolo that Gohan used in the Cell Saga.

K-On! is a four-panel comic strip manga written and illustrated by Kakifly that was serialized by Manga Time Kirara since May 2007 issue. It was adapted into a 13-episode anime by Kyoto Animation best known for their work, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. The 13-episode anime focuses on the earlier chapters of the manga. A sequel of the said series will air this April 7, 2010 entitled, K-On!! (With two exclamation marks).
Yui Hirasawa, a first year high school student wants something new in her life and she decided to join a club, but which club will she join? Meanwhile, Ritsu, who wants to join the Light Music Club, discovers that the club is closed for now because all the members of the said club graduated last school year, because of this, she dragged her friend Mio into joining the said club. And so, the Light Music Club has two members, which later added with Tsumugi better known as Mugi who is a prodigy in keyboard.
Let us go back to Yui. She sees a poster of the Light Music Club in the bulletin board thinking that Light Music is about playing “light” instruments such as the castanets. After she applied for the club, that were she found out that playing the castanets is not applicable for the said club! Yui decided to go to the clubroom and apologize to the members.
After the other three girls learned that their last member wants to quit, the three decided to convince her, by the sweets Mugi always bring to the clubroom, until finally, they were able to convince Yui to stay in the club by playing their music, which impressed Yui and finally, joined the club. They asked her if she knows any instrument, she replied she does not know how to play any instrument. Ouch.
As the series progressed, Yui learns how to play the guitar and later, became the lead vocalist of the band. After series of practices, it is time for the club to shine, but there is one problem, they do not have an adviser. After discovering that Miss Sawako was a member of the Light Music Club back in her day in high school, Ritsu blackmailed her into becoming their adviser if she didn’t agree, Ritsu will spread the word that behind the demeanor of a kind-hearted teacher is once a member of a metal band back in her day. With no other choice, Miss Sawako became the club’s adviser.
As the girls bond getting tighter, on their second year in high school, they were added with a new member, Azusa, a first year student, who plays the guitar longer than Yui thanks to her parents’ musical background.
On to the review, to be honest, what shines in K-On! Is not their performance onstage but the events that happened backstage. K-On!, if you remove the music, the band, it will be a regular teen drama about four girls and their dream of becoming famous someday. If you ask me, it is too ordinary, but what K-On! did is different, what they did is they decided to make the lead character, in the person of Yui of someone who has no aim at first, into someone who has a goal in life, to perform in a large stage with legions of fans supporting them. K-On! is the coming of age story of Yui Hirasawa from an air headed, irresponsible elder sister to Ui into a person who has a goal in life with her friends behind her along the way.
Now, the animation of the show, what amazes me with shows with music as their theme is that how the animators did their job in animating the instrument playing sequences, in K-On!’s case, the instrument playing scenes is well animated.
In terms of the show’s music, let’s just say, most of their songs are inside my head for more than 3 days after the first time I heard it. I mean, Yui’s vocals on their song, Light and Fluffy Time is stuck in head! Plus, the show’s ending theme, Don’t Say Lazy is stuck for days, heck, I am singing it inside our bathroom!
In terms of voice acting, each VA did a good job in their character. Yui’s VA did a good impression on her character’s air headedness. One thing I have to praise in the voice acting is Sawako’s voice acting, she did a good job in portraying her two personalities! Boy, I love her metal scream in one of their songs!
Overall, for a thirteen-episode show, it really did a good job in terms of story and animation, it is probably one of the most successful thirteen-episode anime shows since The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Because of the impression this show left, I am convinced to watch Beck: The Mongolian Chop Squad, another anime that involves a band. Now, all I have to do is wait for April for K-On!!

Tokusatsu stars from various tokusatsu series will be starring in a new mobile drama series from BeeTV entitled Death Game Park, an action thriller reminiscent of Kinji Fukasaku's Battle Royale series.
Tori Matsutaka (Samurai Sentai Shinkenger) and Masahiro Inoue (Kamen Rider Decade) will play the two main characters. Hello Project!'s Erina Mano will play a young woman who has joined the game to seek revenge for the death of his brother. The story revolves around these three.
Other toku stars included in the show are Keisuke Kato (Kamen Rider Kiva) and Hideo Ishiguro (Kamen Rider Den-O, Gokusen 3). There are also special appearances of gravure idol, Nozomi Sasaki, and Jdrama actress, Saki Aibu.
Death Game Park is an action thriller drama series in which a group of young adults have been forced to participate in a "death game" for an unknown purpose. Unable to call for help, they have to muster their strength in order to survive and find a way to escape.

Warner Brothers, currently developing a live action adaptation of the classic manga Akira and has plans on adapting Ninja Scroll, is now in the process of acquiring the movie rights of today's popular manga/anime, Bleach by Tite Kubo.
According to Heat Vision Blog:
Peter Segal is in negotiations to produce, though not direct, the adaptation with Viz Media, the anime publishing house that releases the books in English in the U.S. Michael Ewing, Segal's partner at Callahan Filmworks, will also produce.
Bleach is about a story of a young man named Kurosaki Ichigo, who has the ability to see ghosts and spirits. He later met Rukia Kuchiki, a Shinigami (Soul Reaper), who escorts dead people to Soul Society. But an unprecedented event happened. During a Hollow attack, Rukia accidentally passes all her powers to Ichigo. Thus making him a substitute Shinigami.
So what's next in line? Naruto or One Piece? Or maybe Zac Efron's Full Metal Panic?
Fans are hoping that these recent plans on live action adaptation movies will not lead to disappointments similar to Dragonball Evolution and Blood: The Last Vampire.

I'm currently watching the sixth Super Sentai series, Choudenshi Bioman. It brings back memories of my childhood days (I watch it along with Maskman). All along, I already knew that Mika Koizumi, the first Yellow Four, will die along the series so I wait for it to happen so that I could see how she died and what made her loved by fans.
The death of Mika happened in Choudenshi Bioman Episode 10: "Goodbye Yellow". Doctorman got a Bio Particle Negator, put inside the Bio Killer Gun. The Bio Killer Gun is said to deplete the Bioman's Bio Particles to make them weak and powerless. It was turned into an ammunition for a rifle-like weapon. Doctorman entrusted this weapon to Mason. He first targeted Red One but Yellow Four used her body to block it.
Yellow Four started to weaken. And since they are in a pinch, they retreated. But as they retreated and turned into normal humans, Mika is left somewhere, still having the Yellow Four suit. And as the episode progresses, they found out the weapon's weakness, the ammunition is rapidly depleting, and found a way to counter it.
Since weakened, Yellow Four took the heroic act and accepts all the lasers fired by Mason until it depleted and no more ammunition to fire. And weaker as before she was easily defeated and killed by Psygorn.
As always, BioRobo needs to fight the Mecha Gigan Chameleon Kans, the Biomen left Mika in the hands of Peebo. As the enemy got defeated, they got back on the side of Mika, which is still inside the Yellow Four suit. A footage of her waving goodbye is seen in her Bio Hologram. And as we all knew, she was later replaced by Jun Yabuki as Yellow Four II.
As I have heard from many Sentai fans, Mika Koizumi died in a very heroic and tragic death. She risks and sacrifices her life in having her friends from actual defeat, which could lead to Earth's fall on the Neo Empire's hands. One's death is much better than the death of the whole team.
Trivia: Mika Koizumi aka Yellow Four is the first female Yellow senshi and the very first one to die within the series.
But... And yes, a big BUT... Mika's death makes me wonder why is she still inside the suit when she is already weakened and later died? In most Sentai shows, once a warrior is already weak due to a battle, his/her suit automatically wears out and making him/her defenseless. But this doesn't happen on Yellow Four.
This makes me notice that Mika's actress Yuki Yajima is only seen in the first minutes of the episodes and not seen again throughout the episode. This pretty much hinted to me that the actress ditched the series very early in the series.
There are some hardcore fans even design custom lanyards with Bioman designs to work.
I really want to know the real reason. If anyone who are reading knew some reasons behind this, please reply on this post.

Episode Blue: The Dispatched Imagin is NEWtral
The Mantis Imagin steals a Rider Ticket at the Time Terminal, seriously injuring Ryoutarou in the process. Kotaro is called from the future help track down the Imagin and bring back the Rider Ticket. Owner talks to Teddy and tells him that it is time to complete the contract with Kotaro, who has become confused as to why Teddy accepted the orders so fast. Kotaro teams up with Ryoutarou's partner Imagin, Kintaros and Urataros, to solve the case. The two Imagin are surprised by the new aggressive style of fighting coming from Kotaro, who has become angry and depressed for being abandoned by Teddy.
Episode Yellow: Treasure DE End Pirates
A Spider Imagin suddenly appears before Ryoutarou and tells him about the completion of the contract. Ryoutarou and the others chase him to the past where they learn they fell into a trap. It turns out that an Imagin has taken possession of Daiki. Reiji Kurosaki (kamen Rider G Den-O) tracks everyone down and arrests Daiki as he tries to find out the deeper meaning to what's going on.

Kamen Rider G Den-O is part of a time police force called the "G-Men". The Imagin on his chest is actually an artificial Imagin. "Humans cannot be trusted" is his personal belief.

Here are some previews on the future releases of Ultra Act and SH Figuarts toyline. Ultra Act will be releasing Ultra Act Gomora and Ultraman Belial. Both appears in the recent Ultraman movie, Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy Legend The Movie. While SH FiguArts will have SH FiguArts Omegamon from Digimon.
These figures are still under development: prototypes for Gomora and Belial while CGI render for Omegamon. Release dates and prices are still unknown.

It's over a month now after we first knew about the new upcoming Kamen Rider Den-O movie. A promo has already been posted and now, new images have been revealed. Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider The Movie: Chou Den-O Trilogy will start showing in May until June.
Unlike the first news reported about the 5th Den-O movie, Takeru Sato is not included in the movie, hence Kotaro (the kid Ryoutaro) will reprise his role. Lead stars include Doori Sakurai as Kotaro Nogami/New Den-O, Yuuichi Nakamura as Sakurai Yuuto/Zeronos and Kimito Totani as Daiki Kaito/DiEnd.
As expected in all Kamen Rider movies, a new Kamen Rider will be introduced. He is Kamen Rider G Den-O. G stands for Gigantes. G Den-O looks like a Kamen Rider and Metal Hero crossover. He will make an appearance on Episode Yellow.
The episode titles are also been revealed. Each title includes the name of the focus rider. I have also added the synopsis posted last month:
- Episode Red: Zero no Star Twinkle
Revolves around Yuuto and Airi. Yuuto must connect a rail that becomes interrupted in the future. This can be seen as "Zeronos' Final Battle." - Episode Blue: The Dispatched Imagin is NEWtral
Revolves around Kotaro, and deals with his family issues. Kotaro's father (and Ryotaro's son) is introduced, and Ryotaro and Kotaro become split on a decision they have to make. Red and Blue together are to be viewed as sequels to the television storyline. - Episode Yellow: Treasure DE End Pirates
An Extra-Chapter of sorts. To be viewed as a true Cho Den-O sequel. The Den-O characters must team up with Diend in an effort to get Ryotaro back to where they came from. The "Rider who misinterprets time" (maybe G Den-O?) appears. When the great battle begins, the other riders from Decade and from Double appear to help. This episode also features Kamen Rider DiEnd Complete Form.

Gravure idol and actress Aiko Ito is now married on to an elite businessman who works on a construction related company. The wedding was held last February 10.They might have to book private charter jets for honeymoon plans too.
It was said to be love at first sight when the two apparently met last year through a mutual friend. They started dating in the sometime in November, and their marriage came just four months later. This June, they plan to hold their wedding ceremony overseas. Ito is reportedly is still not pregnant and she stated that she hopes to have a child in the future.

Bandai recently released a new arcade game, now focusing on the creatures of M78, the Ultraman Brothers and enemy kaijus. The game is called Data Carddass: Daikaiju Battle RR.
The arcade game will have the same features as Kamen Rider's Ganbaride and Super Sentai's Dice-oh games which are widely popular now. Like it's predecessors, the cards will came from newly released Ultraman merchandises.

Bandai recently released official images of the upcoming SH FiguArts Kamen Rider Gills release. Kamen Rider Gills is the protagonist rider on the Kamen Rider Agito series. The figure comes with Gills' signature weapons such as the claws and tentacles, and an extra head with open mouth.

SH FiguArts Kamen Rider Gills is scheduled to be released on May 2010 at the price of Y3000 or about US$34.
Birth of the 10th! Kamen Riders All Together!! is a one-shot live action TV special involving Kamen Rider ZX (pronounced as Zee-Cross), the cyborg created by the Badan Empire for their conquest for the world with the other nine Kamen Riders helping ZX defeat the said empire. Since I watched it on Hong Kong subs, I only understand 2/3’s of it, so here’s how I understand the story.
In the Amazon Jungle, Ryo Murasame and her sister are exploring the jungle via plane when suddenly, the Badan Empire attacked them because Ryo’s sister, Shizuka knows their plan of world conquest. They killed her so that no one outside Badan will know their plan and transformed Ryo into a cyborg called ZX. While inside Badan’s base, he befriended, Eisuke which was also modified into one of Badan’s cyborg, the Tiger-Roid. Because of one incident, Ryo remembered his past and sworn revenge on Badan for what they did to her sister, before doing his revenge, Badan switched their base in Japan.
Ryo returned to Japan and examined his body to his friend, a doctor in which they discovered what Badan did to him. Ryo’s thirst for revenge became deeper. Since he knows Badan’s plan, he decided to stop them with his abilities as ZX.
Meanwhile, at Badan’s base, the machine that they will use to fulfill their plan is complete and all it needs is the material known as Badanium to make it work. Ambassador Darkness, the cousin of Kamen Rider’s very own, Ambassador Hell, dedicates the machine to the previous organizations who aimed for world conquest, which started flashbacks starting from Kamen Rider - Super-1. The machine’s function by the way is to distort time and space and with this, it would cause destruction to reality. Wow. It sounds like Shaider’s time-space warp only creepier.
The Nine Senior Kamen Riders learned about this plan and decided to take action, by stopping the delivery of Badanium to Badan’s base. This were the plot starts to become interesting. Ambassador Darkness orders Tiger-Roid to kill ZX so that they would have fewer problems. Tiger-Roid agrees.
Three of the Senior Riders, Shiro Kazami/V3, Joji Yuki/Riderman and Kazuya Oki/Super-1 met and discuss the plan that was relayed to them by their leader, Takeshi Hongo/Kamen Rider No. 1. After the brief discussion, the three went to their designated area. Meanwhile, Ryo went to one of the areas were they will transport Badanium. Before he confronted those related to Badan, V3, Riderman and Super-1 already defeated them, so when Ryo arrived, he thought that these three are the bad guys! Ryo transforms into ZX, attacked them, the 3 tried to convince ZX to stop attacking them because they are his allies, until finally, ZX stops, and reverts into ZX.
Shiro then decides to educate Ryo into their world, by showing him various battle footage from every Rider that exist that time, namely, from Kamen Rider No. 1 to Super-1. Ryo then tells his reason why he is fighting after that, V3 gives him an advice that at first, they were for revenge but as time goes by, the slowly realized that as long as the world needs them, they will continue to fight. This gives Ryo inspiration to pursue his goal on stopping Badan. They left the place and the three left for their destination, they will meet with the other seniors while Ryo went to Badan’s base, in which along the way, he met his friend, Eisuke.
Ryo doesn’t want to fight him considering that he still considers him as his friend. But he replied, his loyalty is for Badan alone and whoever comes in their way must be eliminated. Ryo tried his best to convince him that Badan are the bad guys but he replied, that there is no such thing as good or evil. Those who will win are the strong ones. Eisuke transforms into Tiger-Roid and attacked Ryo, Ryo then transforms into ZX and fights him, at the very end, ZX was victorious and defeated Tiger-Roid.
After his victory, he meets up with the other nine Riders who just finished their roll call and he declares himself: Kamen Rider ZX. Ambassador Darkness was let’s just say, not really surprised on what Ryo said, in fact he is willing to finish him along with the other nine Riders. He orders all his Kaijins to destroy all the Riders.
All the Riders fight the Kaijins and at the very end, they won. Ambassador Darkness pull of another trick on his sleeve, he calls his goon, who is guarding two of Ryo’s friends and warms them to surrender or else, they will kill them. V3 springs into action and easily defeated the goon and saved Ryo’s friends (Note: Never, I repeat, NEVER have a foot soldier take in-charge of important hostages).
Ambassador Darkness used his final trump card, using the machine (which was earlier loaded with Badanium that was slipped away from the Riders and the said machine was used earlier), and the nine Riders were transported into a dimension with a black backdrop with white smoke covered on the ground. The Riders used their final attack, which involves them forming into circle and with the light coming from their belts, releasing a strong energy that defeated Ambassador Darkness. At the climax of the special, Generalissimo of Badan that has an appearance of a giant skull appeared and said that someday, they will return.
With the Nine Riders entrusting the world in him, Ryo bids farewell with the Nine Riders.
On to the review, the special had all the basic elements of a Rider show in a one-hour TV special, they had the tragic start and the climatic battle. The only thing that I am disappointed with this special is some of the Rider’s voice acting, especially Amazon. He doesn’t sound like Amazon!
One thing that I find in this special weird is that were did they get the entire Rider’s stock footage? I mean they showed Ryo the tape with each Rider fighting a monster with no explanation on how they got the footage! Because of this, I theorize that Tachibana Tobei, before his character will appear to the Rider, what he does is to record each Rider’s battle.
On to the story, like I said earlier, ZX story has the basic and tragic Rider story but with a different twist this time. Unlike his predecessors, ZX has been brainwashed by the organization that build him AND befriended one of its members, which added to ZX’s tragic story making the worned out Rider Story interesting. While watching the special, with the story in my mind, this question came into my mind, “How will he fight his friend?” which was concluded at the climax of the special. Their battle, in my own opinion is near in the level of tragedy like that of Kotaro Minami/Kamen Rider Black and the person that he considered his brother, Nobuhiko Akizuki/Shadow Moon.
For the special’s finale, the Rider’s individual fight scenes are better compared to the latest Kamen Rider film that I watched, namely, All Riders vs. DaiShocker. I mean, in All Riders, when each Rider was focused, they didn’t show all most of their skills, what they did is pure brawl, while in this TV Special, each Rider got a chance to perform some of their tricks, namely, Riderman used one of his arms and Stronger did his infamous Electro Fire. The only thing that I hate in the final fight scene is the “Circle of Light” thing. It’s too cheesy.
Since most of ZX’s weapons are ninja weapons, I had this assumption that ZX can do ninja tricks such as hiding and doing illusions, but he didn’t if only the TV Special was followed by a series. If only.
Overall, the TV Special was enjoyable to watch and it left a lasting impression about the Showa Era Riders. Being a guy whose first Kamen Rider show was Saban’s Masked Rider, this show gave me a big impression on how badass the Showa Riders are before BLACK. Because of this, once I am done with Kamen Rider Amazon, I think I should start watching Kamen Rider V3.
