A current rumor surfaces saying that Kamen Rider 40th Anniversary movie, OOO - Den-O - All Riders: Let's Go KAMEN RIDERS and Super Sentai 35th Anniversary movie, Gokaiger - Goseiger - Super Sentai: 199 Hero Great Battle seems to be interconnected to each other. How? Read on:
Someone on 2ch said that Let's Go Kamen Rider is somewhat related to this movie and one of the movie's monsters escapes to the Super Sentai world. That would explain why Naoya Makoto, who original plays Tsuyoshi Kaijo aka AkaRanger, is listed in Let's Go Kamen Rider. It is also reported that the Goseigers will reprise their roles in the movie.
Additionally, here's another info regarding Gokaiger - Goseiger - Super Sentai: 199 Hero Great Battle from Hyper Hobby magazine:"The 5 Goseigers, with their powers, appears before the Gokaigers. Black Cross revives from hell in order to take revenge on the Super Sentai teams. 199 Heroes will appear in this Legend War. However, 182 Sentai Heroes + the 5 Gokaigers does not equate to 199. Who could the remaining heroes be!?"
Meanwhile, there have been reports that the first actual trailer for OOO - Den-O - All Riders: Let's Go KAMEN RIDERS is seen during the Kamen Rider W RETURNS event and the theme song, Let's Go RiderKick 2011 by Kamen Rider GIRLS was played.
The trailer also shows Hiroshi Miyauchi yelling "V3" and a shouting Hiroshi Fujioka. There's also a scene showing Shotaro and Philip transforming into Kamen Rider W. Kamen Rider OOO TaMaShii combo is shown and is preparing the TaMaShii Bomber. The Shocker Greeed seems to appear.
Kotaro said something about "I won't give this medal to you."
And some kids said something about "But Shocker will disappear then."
It is reported that the trailer for OOO - Den-O - All Riders: Let's Go KAMEN RIDERS is going to be on the official website on March 3.

1 = Ultraman Hikari/Gavan
Therefore, we have our missing heroes!
Just a thought; Akaranger would most likely be part of the 182 along with Goseigers; add 5 (if Goukai Silver is already part of the 182 already) yields 187.
Now I was thinking, Decade might have something to do with Akaranger and "one of the movie's monsters" crossing over to KR world/from Super Sentai World.
If that were the case, I'm counting 12 Heisei Kamen Riders from Kuuga to OOO. 187 + 12= ?, Exactly.

Why 12 Heisei Riders? Why not 12 Showa Riders from Ichigo to Black RX
If they do include the 12 Heisei era riders, then they have to have Decade meet back up with the Shinkengers; give Decade a chance to use that Rekka Daizanto card again.
X1, Signalman, VRV Master, Bullblack, GoseiGreen, FemShinkenRed, GokaiSilver, Colon, Mele, Rio, Akaranger and then the four Dekarangers and two Magiranger Rangers that aren't counted as official team members all have a decent chance of being those missing 12.
However, rather then giving some more ignored Sentai characters attention, it'll probably be 12 Kamen Riders.
Another one of Decade's "wall/portal thingy" would open up to bring Akaranger, Kikaider, etc into the OOO movie; that's how I think 1 of the KR monsters would escape to the SS World. Akaranger and the Heisei 12 would probably give chase (completing the 199 heroes) since:
a. Decade is the only primary Heiser Rider who can cross to and from the KR and SS worlds.
b. On the mobirate review on Youtube, one of the sound fx of the toy hinted of (possibly)OOO crossing over with Gokaiger.
c. Toei/TV Asahi would most likely put the Heisei line-up out there to establish it's own brotherhood rivaling that of the Showa riders and the fact that Super Sentai shows have done it's own version with TurboRanger's Episode 0 and the succeeding VS movies would further solidify both franchises' histories.

I think Akaranger's appearance in the Let's Go Kamen Rider movie has more to do with the fact that he's an Ishinomori hero. The Rider will have other Ishinomori heroes besides the Riders (namely Kikaider, Inazuman, and Zubat)
