TOEI had recently made an announcement that the Super Sentai 35th Anniversary movie Gokaiger - Goseiger - Super Sentai: 199 Hero Great Battle that will premier on May 21, will be postponed until further notice.
It is due to unforeseen events that happened in Japan last week, the production crew can't continue filming and will probably not make it in time for the May 21 release date. The new release date will be announced on the official website.
In Gokaiger - Goseiger - Super Sentai: 199 Hero Great Battle, the 34th and 35th Super Sentai team must join forces to defeat the joint efforts of the Space Empire Zangyack and Black Cross King, who wants to invade Earth.

how about the Let's go All Riders 40th anniversary? Is it going to be postponed too?
I don't think the 40th anniversary rider film would be delayed. Filming for the movie's been finished prior to the quake.
