The actor for the 13th Heisei Kamen Rider series is finally here! Ryuki Takahashi (高橋 龍輝) is now confirmed as Kamen Rider Fouze. The confirmation came from a Kamen Rider OOO regular cast, Taito Hashimoto aka Kazari.
Unfortunately, his blog can only be viewed via Japanese mobile phones so there's no way we could view it and just wait for the actual confirmation. Here's what he said:
"As expected, a hero has to be cool!
Kamen Rider Fouze is said to use the "Rider Switch" to switch four of his body parts to change forms related to the previous Kamen Riders. Ryuki Takahashi is rumored to play a role of a high school student who is a member of an Occult Club investigating the urban legend called "Kamen Riders."
Kamen Rider is really cool!
It's really said that it's ending soon!!!
I want to do more!!!
The next Rider is...
Takahashi!
I'm happy for him, but I'm jealous too. lol
If I had to chose one of those feelings, I'd be more on jealous side. lol

Either way, though, we all totally called it and I'm happy that it's true! Now, if only the whole 'past Riders' thing wasn't :S
im hoping that the changing into past riders would be showa riders since decade didn't henshin into showa riders but into hesei riders. So that the previous rumor of Ichigo and Nigo being in the series would have meaning.

if you find his pictures now he lokks manly enough,, its about the character design not the actor,, if he is designed like kabuto or decade he may end up manly,, though to make it balance for kids they will have some cheesy catchphrase again
