Since we got a confirmation of the staff and cast for the 13th Heisei Kamen Rider series Kamen Rider Fouze, latest translations from Uchuusen magazine revealed the story and plot revolving on Kamen Rider Fouze!
“The High School Rider who is challenging the Universe is born!!”
Kamen Rider Fourze is actually an experiment trying out two thing, outer space and school drama. Gentaro Kisaragi, a new transfer student at Amanogawa Academy says "I will become friends with everyone" on his first day and creates the "Kamen Rider" club. That's how he came to know Kengo Kasei. That Kengo is the one who first had the Fourze Driver, but he gives it to Gentaro which drastically changes his life.
Kamen Rider Fourze can insert different “Astro Switches” into the Fourze Driver to affect his legs and arms. The first switch we saw is the Rocket.
Kamen Rider Fouze also celebrates the 50th year anniversary since Yuri Gagarin went to space. Gagarin is the first human being to journey into outer space. They basically want you to see Fourze as Yuri, since he's the first Rider to go out to space.

my second thought was, does that guy have any complete forms, like whole body rocket upgrade, not just using one arm, although i think they will do something like trinity or dogabaki again where all the combis are united

Wasn't Kamen Rider Super-1 the first rider that went into space. There has been others as well. Kabuto for example.

I figures out why there are ichigo-nigo rumors in the fourze tv series ,Its because the showa and heisei rider reference will be considered as easter eggs (since its kamen riders 40th anniversary),You see since the club rumour will turn out to be the kamen rider club their activities are talking about not only about both showa and heisei riders but also to Kengo Kasei the first user of the fourze driver before giving it to gentaro and the bike of ichigo and nigo they will be one of the easter eggs because that bike picture from the earlier report its just a photo that one of the club members look while doing their research
His design started to grew on me, so now my problem with him is his belt(BIG) and cone head(a little problem, easily solved).
It could also be that, while he's not the first Rider to go into space, he's the first Rider that uses space travel as one of his main gimmicks.
Honestly, I'm just wondering where his life support is when he does go into space...
this whole thing just looks and sounds lame.... his suit looks bad, the concept sounds so dumb too a high school drama, are we really back to that again. and the over all idea just feels stale to me not to mention we are gonna have space battles....so that means a ton of really bad cgi.... I cant get past his head and his belt. not to mention his lower legs are huge.if only he looked like the artwork lol

Don't remember too many KR series set in high school with a student becoming a rider. And considering few riders have ventured into space, and the suit is so uniquely weird, how can the "overall idea" feel stale?
And we've seen plenty of bad CG in KR without space. So bring it on, the CG won't be great regardless. Besides, it won't matter to who the show is aimed at - children.
