The runour that I believe is Basco, maybe, in the future, will join the Gokaigers.

I am technically annoyed by Gai already, his fanboygasm does get on my nerves, not to mention, him dragging the "Gokai" in his role call.
Doubt Toei would kill off a hero though, its been awhile since they last did that. (Black Condor's appearance was an exception, he died in the original series, not in Gokai).
Its an emotional roller coaster ride, surprise the audience, make them sad, bring back the dead and make the audience happy again.

A lot of the rumors I read on here are usually never true, so I truly will take it with a grain of salt.

I think these rumours wouldn't fit for gokaiger story, because for the death of Jetman's Gai that's somehow suits the story of Jetman itself, Jetman's theme a more darker and mature story (of course triangle love drama)
But for gokaiger case, i think next hero death for this clumsy gai, its impossible..
Except for a serious character (count timefire or abarekiller)..
I'm all for the first and second one, but the third one better not come true, or I'll be pissed. Basco for Gokai Black, I hope.

The name Gai is a death sentence. Always has been, always will be. ESPECIALLY if they're hotblooded, which most Gai's are.
To be honest, if Gai were to "die" it wouldn't really surprise me. Someone brought this up to me before: "Is Gai really alive?" I would like to think that he isn't, that somehow the power of Abarekiller and the others gave him borrowed time. It would explain his ability to make Go-On Wings. Of course, I'm willing to invite the thought because I want Barizorg to return to a human, and become the new Silver (probably unlikely... but who knows). Basco being a mole wouldn't surprise me either, but that too is just a fan's wishful thinking.
Another Gai dead lol!, reminds me of Daigouji Gai from Martian Succesor Nadesico who's actually like Gai but a mecha freak instead, i highly doubt it that Gai will die though, Basco as Goukai Black would be pretty neat though :)

Gokai Black is cool, but eventually I wanna see an orange ranger in sentai. Hopefully soon.
It would make sense that Gai is dead. He was rammed by a truck when he saved the little girl.In the afterlife he was given a litte more "time alive" by AbareKiller, for his great act of heroism, to fulfill is dream of becoming a Sentai hero. At some point in the plot, his "time alive" can expire.
I just watched episode 18 of Gokaiger, and I found another clue that supports the possible death of Gai. When he awoke from his coma, the nurse that was next to him did not react with overjoy, but rather a little panicky, like watching a dead man awakening.

Anyone would be panicky or freaked out if someone who probably shouldn't wake up that sudden does. The scene makes just as much sense if you say it's because he was dead than if he was in a coma.
Plus, if he was dead, he wouldn't have woken up in a hospital room, he would have woken up in the morgue.
There wont be any death sentai this season because we just had Goseiknight died last season? Buts its either AKA RED or Basco who will probably die.
I admit Gai is annoying at first (he's still is) but his character already grows on me now... so I can't imagine how he will going to die here...
So that means Basco is afterall a good guy and just following AkaRed's plan. Hmm... That would be interesting and to be honest I'm still wondering if he can actually turn to Gokaiger because he too has the same Mobirates.
And I'm also wondering if Gokaiger will also have there own Extra warrior... and if I could make a guess (and consider this rumor) it would be Basco and Barizorg (Joe's mentor)... or maybe BOTH of them!
Fist Basco's Mobirates has the key hole plugged up and the Free Joker's jolly roger on it and instead of the Gokaiger's.
Second if he did turn good then what would happen to Sally cuss if Bosco's not bad the Sally is kinda ussles.
And lastly yes it would be interesting but I don't buy it. Basco is to good at being bad to secretly be good. But that is just my opinion.

I kinda don't really want Basco to join the team though. Like, I'd rather he remain bad and die as a villian, or be sort of a "lone ranger", more on the neutral side (like not vying for the Great Treasure but making sure it doesn't end up in bad hands or something like that).
The keyhole from Basco's Mobirate is locked, please see the episode 15/16! The GokaiBlack will be Shido, not Basco! Gai don't die, but will lose your powers in series finale! \o/
Yeah, I doubt Barizorg will ever be a Gokaiger. Joe would be the one to defeat him or at least turn him back to human though. I don't think he'll be a Gokaiger simply because he's story material to give Joe depth. I see Basco differently though.
I also don't think there will be a sentai Orange anytime soon. The word Orange (in Eng or JP) doesn't sound very epic.

Why does it matter Basco's Mobirates is locked, you know they can just as easily make it usable when he's accepted, right? They connected a MAGIC THREAD from the treasure chest to Gai's belt, FFS! It's not 100% science. Locked Mobirates isn't a good reason, Sally being there is though.
It would be AWESOME if Basco does join the Gokaigers, the main reasons being, he already has his own morpher, he has 10 extra hero keys and there's already a possible new ranger key with the next gokaiger toy wave coming soon... Yeah 7 Gokaigers sounds great to me!!!

Im ok with Basco joining.. but not before Marvy totally owns him in a fight. We hardly get to see Basco really fight since Sally gets in the way. However he cant be GokaiBlack. Don does most of the black rangers already. Give him a metallic color or something flashy.
Gai is either still in a coma or dead. How else can you explain him not seeing Black Condor. Him being an Earthling.. doesnt cut it for me.
Gai is a NEVER. Enough said.
