Apparently, an image of a Space Sheriff Gavan Ranger Key was leaked. This is in-line with the confirmation of the upcoming Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger vs Gavan film this January.
Since it is also previously revealed that Bandai will release Space Sheriff Gavan's mobile headquarters, the Dolgiran, into a GokaiMachine — GokaiMachine Series EX DolGiran — the Ranger Key might came with this.
Even though the image contains ca3 blog's watermarks, it's highly possible that the image is fake and only featured a custom Gavan Ranger Key, since the image is not present in the blog itself.

I figured by now someone would've taken apart the Gokai cellulars and heard all the sounds, which would include Gavan.

Yeah, also if they decided to do this crossover after the Mobirates have already been released, they're not really much they can do about a lack of a Gavan sound effect.
@adam there could be a gavan sound in the mobirates cuz if you hack keys with tape and stick them in the mobirates you get secret sounds such as "special ranger key. Yahoo" , "super sentai battle! Dice-O!" and "Kamen rider ooo". so there maybe other hidden sounds
Hmm I wonder if they do use the Gavan key for a Transformation, will the other's also have Metal Hero key's?
i will believe this after i see the real official picture, cause it's waaaaay to weird to make a crossover between supersentai and metal heroes

The movie is already confirmed and listed on various theaters in Japan.
Usually when we see images like this with the "do not post" info over them, they're perfectly clear and have just been leaked. Why would a blurry photo have that on it?
It's either a photo someone has secretly taken, which wouldn't have that info, or it's an official leaked picture, which should be in focus.
I call a fake.. however, since the movie is definitely happening, it's possible they'll still do something like this.
It's the same situation like OOO's combos, fake.
If I had to guess, I'd say it's just a custom Gavan ranger key. The official ranger keys we've seen are stylized and simplified. There's just way too much detail here, particularly in the arms and legs.
probably just a fanmade ranger keys. if we think about gokaiger only, gavan is not a sentai. thus gavan did not lose his power. unless the director insist to make a story about how gavan lose his power.
