Bandai Namco Games had recently registered the game trademark "Pirate Warriors" in the European Union on Thursday. Could this be for the western release of the upcoming One Piece Kaizoku Musou game for the PlayStation 3?
The “Pirate Warriors” trademark was filed in English, but Spanish is also listed as the second language. As most of us already knew, Dynasty Musou and Samurai Musou were renamed as “Dynasty Warriors” and “Samurai Warriors” for western releases, so “One Piece Pirate Warriors” fits perfectly for One Piece Kaizoku Musou.
As of writing, there have been no official announcement for the western release of One Piece Kaizoku Musou.
One Piece Kaizoku Musou will be released in two editions: The Limited Edition Treasure Box Set, which includes a book of designs and visual art, 15 pin badges, and an original soundtrack CD, for 11800 yen; and, the Regular Edition for 7800 yen.
In addition, PlayStation 3 One Piece Kaizoku Musou Gold Edition, a specially designed PlayStation 3 console bundled with the game One Piece Kaizoku Musou is set to be released on March 1st, 2012.
