Underdog Endeavors of MyPartyShirt.com, a costumes website, was sued by SCG Power Rangers LLC, Saban Capital Group's managing company for the Power Ranger franchise last October 13, for selling Power Ranger Halloween costumes.
SCG Power Rangers alleges that the site infringe on its copyrights and trademarks and has ignored its cease-and-desist letters.The site sells a "Red Ranger Power Rangers Muscle Costume" and a "Pink Ranger Power Rangers Women's Costume", and it says that both are licensed costumes.
But it also sells a "Pink Power Ranger Sexy Women's Costume" without claiming that it is licensed. The site uses photographs and a YouTube video from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series along with the following tagline: "Did you want to be the Pink Power Ranger growing up? Now you can be."
It was revealed that the United States Copyright Act does not allow a "useful article" such as clothing to be copyrighted, but it does allow "pictorial, graphic, or sculptural" elements to be copyrighted.

According to the director, he has considered a lot about changing forms in battles. Kamen Rider OOO's combo change will appear of course, a few random combos that have not appeared in the series will be used, but PuToTyra and BuraKaWani Combos won't appear.
Furthermore, Kamen Rider W's performance in memory changing is supposed to be even better than the W FOREVER film, and Kamen Rider Fourze's module change wouldn't be bad as well.

After getting the confirmation, and our first image , the plot for the upcoming Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger vs Uchuu Keiji Gavan film has finally been revealed!“Uchuu Keiji Gavan,” who is celebrating its 30th anniversary, the character was chosen to team up with “Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger” for the new movie. Gavan aired in 1982-1983 as the first show in the Metal Hero Series, which lasted until 1999. The show averaged 14.9% ratings, with a peak of 18.6%.
In “Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger vs Uchhu Keiji Gavan,” the Gokaigers will rescue Gavan from the worst prison in space, and then teaming up to fight against the one of their strongest enemies ever. Probably Basco as he tries to steal his Great Power.
Kenji Ohba will guest star is the movie as Retsu Ichijouj, a.k.a. Gavan. Not only that, he will also transform to his other characters, namely Battle Kenya (Battle Fever J) and Denji Blue (Denji Sentai Denziman).
“Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger vs Uchhu Keiji Gavan” will premier on January 21st.

Kenji Ohba will play three different roles in the movie namely as Retsu Ichijouji aka Gavan, Shiro Akebono aka Battle Kenya, and Daigorou Oume aka DenjiBlue. The magazine also lists Kei Hosogai as Basco ta Jolokia, and Hiroaki Hirata voicing Engine Machalcon.
So far, no Zangyack was listed in the cast. There are chances that the list will be expanded later on.

The title for the upcoming AKB48's 24th Single has finally been revealed! It will be entitled “Ue Kara Mariko (Mariko From the Top)” and features 16 Senbatsu members chosen from their 24th Single Senbatsu Janken Tournament.As the name suggests, the title of the idol group's upcoming single is derived from the recent Janken Tournament winner, Shinoda Mariko. With her name contained in the 24th single title, she expressed her happiness through her Twitter with, “Janken Tournament’s new single title has now been announced! The title is… ‘Ue Kara Mariko’. My name…is included!”

After the massive Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger episode summaries posted a few minutes ago, here are some rumors about future episodes depicting the remaining Great Powers and upcoming Super Sentai tributes, and Marvelous's execution.

Battle Fever and Denjiman's powers are more than likely being saved for the Gavan movie, while Kakuranger's tribute ep will follow the ep with Marvelous' public execution. There's rumors that the Kakurangers are involved in his escape (episode 43-44).
Episode 45 is titled "Resurrection Balzion" (TBA). It involves Ackdos Gil creating a new Balzion and sending it to Earth to challenge KanzenGokaiOh. The Gokaiger require Bioman's Ultimate Power to fight the Anti-Bio Particles.
Gou Shirou, former RedOne, shows up to train the Gokaiger and give them the Bioman's power. BioHunter Silva will not appear, because his voice actor, Hayashi Kazuo, was unavailable. Instead, Action Commander AquaMesser will pilot Balzion.
Episode 46 is the would be Fiveman tribute episode, whether or not Basco has stolen this power is unknown. If Basco ends up as the final villain, the Emperor may not be around for too long.
According to rumors it seems there might be a JAKQ episode in there somewhere as well, apparently has Ackdos Gil reviving Atomic Witch, a former enemy of JAKQ. Bamba Soukichi, former Big One, appears on Sky Ace to help the Gokaiger.
Meanwhile, Luka looses her Ranger Key in the episode, making the rangers unable to use Big Bomber. The JAKQ Covack is ineffective. The episode will be a Luka focus.
UPDATE: Apparently, there will be a JAKQ GokaiOh and all ranger keys will return to their owners. Additional rumors states that there will be a Goranger tribute (Episode 48) wherein Akaranger, Tsuyoshi Kaijo, steps up to represent everyone else, right before they start a Second Legend War (49). Final episode comes after.
Furthermore, a 2ch post states that there's an episode that would see a team of Five Red, Vul-Panther, Change Griffin, Green Flash and Blue Mask returning to help get their powers back from Basco.

Episode 40: N/A - 11/27/11
From beyond space and time, from the future of the 31st century, a Video Letter reaches the Gokaiger. The Sender? Timeranger's TimeYellow, Domon. He informs the Gokaiger they must time travel back to "October 2, 2010 A.D." If they go there, a certain great power may be able to be attained.... Pay attention to this episode full of surprises!
Side Note: It is confirmed that Agent no Metal Alice, Short no ZanKT 0, and Hone no Shitari appear in episode 40. Not only will this episode serve as an explanation for the Gokaiger's appearance in the previous VS movie, but it will also probably be the first chronological appearance of Matrintis (ZanKT 0 being a prototype for the ZanKT Matroids), and maybe explain some stuff about Chimatsuri no Buredoran!

It has been reported that Power Rangers Samurai will resume in 2012 sporting a new title “Super Samurai.” It was confirmed in a new interview with Saban Brands’ Kirk Bloomgarden in the newest Licensing Book for October 2011, page 17.

The second half of Power Rangers Samurai is called “Super Samurai.” So it appears that the reason we’ve been seeing Saban Brands editing Shinkenger footage in the latest episodes to avoid the vests and new Megazords with Season 2 style editing is because they wanted to debut those in the second half of the show.via RRR: Riders, Rangers, Rambles
It does sound like the Shinkenger vests will be used if the title is “Super Samurai.” It also seems to fit with one of the Megaforce trademarks Saban Brands is trying to use for that season, Super Megaforce.
Sacred Seven: Wings of the Silver Moon, the special compilation film of the Sacred Seven anime, will open in six Japanese theaters on January 7th.
The special edition will focus on the fighting between the Sacred Takers, Alma and Night, as well as the fight with Kenmi from Night's point of view. The re-edited version will have new scenes, particularly of Night's past, and a new dialogue recording.

Pokemon is currently celebrating their 15th anniversary of the first Pokemon game. With this, they are holding a Generations of Games: Pokémon General Election! (Rekidai Game Pokémon Sōsenkyō!) contest from November 12 to December 25.
The vote will determine the most popular Pokémon to appear on the cover art of 15 games: Charizard (Pokémon Red), Venusaur (Green), Blastoise (Blue), Pikachu (Yellow), Ho-Oh (Gold), Lugia (Silver), Suicune (Crystal), Groudon (Ruby), Kyogre (Sapphire), Rayquaza (Emerald), Dialga (Diamond), Palkia (Pearl), Giratina (Platinum), Reshiram (Black), and Zekrom (White).
The winning Pokémon will be given as a free present to fans in the Japanese DS edition of the Pokémon: Black and White games. The contest is patterned after the "general elections" made popular by the all-female idol group AKB48.

After lots of waiting, here is the first footage from the upcoming “Gyakuten Saiban” (Ace Attorney) live action film starring Hiroki Narimiya, during the Sōkai Jōhō Variety Sukkiri television series' "All Entertainment Quiz" segment.
Also starring in “Gyakuten Saiban” live action film Takumi Saito, Mirei Kiritani, and Akiyoshi Nakao. Directed by Takeshi Miike, the movie will premier on February 2012.
To retain the iconic elements of the video game series, special effects will be used to enhance the visuals in important scenes. This will retain the game’s catchphrases – such as "Igi ari! (Objection!)" and "Kurae! (Take that!)". The movie will even be set in a specially built courtroom to maintain the charm of the original games.

Yesterday was a big day for many tokusatsu fans especially those who are anticipating the upcoming Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO Movie Wars MEGAMAX film. With that, a few rumors showed up featuring possible upgrades for Fourze and OOO.
Take these rumors with a grain of salt.
- Kamen Rider OOO Super Tatoba Combo will be introduced. With a single medal made 40 years in the future by the Kougami Foundation, Eiji will transform and reach this form.
- Kamen Rider Fourze's Super Rocket Switch. And, with Nadeshiko's help, he powers up into a new form too. Could this be the silhouette if Fourze with two Rockets?
- Super Galaxy King will be the final enemy. To those who are not aware, his original form, Galaxy King appeared in the New Kamen Rider (Skyrider) movie entitled, “New Kamen Rider: Eight Riders vs. Galaxy King.” His minion, Sadondas was confirmed earlier.
- Kamen Rider Meteor, Fourze's rumored 2nd rider is mentioned, but says nothing about him.
It has been announced that Japanese duo, Porno Graffiti, will sing the theme song for the upcoming “Gyakuten Saiban” (Ace Attorney) live action film starring Hiroki Narimiya.
The theme song will be written by Shindo Haruichi (Guitars), and composed by Okano Akihito (Vocals). It has been reported that the song will be a thrilling and exciting song that matches well with the movie, and it is planned to be released in early spring of 2012.

After the updates on Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO Movie Wars MEGAMAX, here are the new scans for Kamen Rider Fourze which features Kamen Rider Fourze's new form, the Fourze Fire States and some more Astro Switches!
Kamen Rider Fourze Fire States will debut on Episode 9: “Awakening of the Witch,” using the Astro Switch #20, the Fire Switch he unlocks this new form and the Hi-Hack Gun Module. Fire States finisher is called, “Rider Exploding Shot.”
The new Module has two modes: it can shoot flames and it can emit a strong fluid capable of extinguishing flames. As seen in these new scans, Fourze was able to extinguish the flames surrounding the Ara Zodiarts and was able fight fire with fire!
Here are some more Astro Switches asides from the Fire Switch. Switch #19 is the Gatling Switch (a Gatling gun is attached on his left leg), #18 is the Shield Switch (a space shuttle-like shield attached in his left arm) and #17 is the Flash Switch (a flashlight module attached on his right arm). Also in these new scans, he is seen fighting the Leo Zodiarts!

The above image shows various team-ups for Kamen Rider Movie Wars MEGAMAX. As revealed before, Kamen Rider W's Shotaro and Philip joins Fourze's Gentaro and OOO's Eiji in fighting a new breed of enemy.
Up next is the team-up of Kamen Rider Fourze and Nadeshiko (played by Erina Mano) using the Double Rider Rocket Punch against the Virgo Zodiart. On the side, you'll see a meeting between the Red-Eyed Man, Scorpio Zodiart and a guy from Foundation X; and, the team-up of Museum and the Greeeds. How could this happened?
And lastly, a new Kamen Rider appeared in the form of Kamen Rider Aqua. Like Kamen Rider Poseidon he came from the future. His identity is no other than Miharu Minato. To put it simply, Poseidon is bad and Aqua is good. Aqua's personal vehicle is a jet ski named, “Aqua Miraider.”

With a October nearing to its end, our brave pirate defenders, the Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiiger, acquired a new power and now facing a new challenge in the form of Ackdos Gil, the Zangyack Emperor!
Above is the image of Great Waltz, the “Mightiest Warship” of the Zangyack Fleet, given to Walz Gil by his father, Ackdos Gil, the Zangyack Emperor. It is said to debut in Episode 37. Will this be the end of the Gokaigers?
Using their own great power, the Gokaiger Great Power, which translates as “the power to take hold of dreams,” with the help of GouZyuJin and their new GokaiMachine, Engine MachFalcon, they were able to combine to form Kanzen GokaiOh.
In addition, the battle battle between friends is imminent! It's Joe Gibken vs Barizorg. Will Joe ever save Cid? What methods will he use? Or will he have no choice but to kill him?

Still hesitant to believe that the upcoming Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger vs Gavan will be happening, look no further since here's the first image from the latest issue of Telebi Magazine!
The image shows Space Sheriff Gavan in his iconic pose with his weapon, the Laser Blade. And guess what, Kenji Ohba will reprise his role as Retsu Ichijouji. This just shows that old age is not a hindrance to be kickass!
The image also shows the Gavan and GokaiRed face-off.
As previously reported, Masakazu Katsura's aci-fi manga Zetman will have an animation adaptation that will premier next year. And now, the main cast had been revealed, led by familiar voices in Tokusatsu!
It has been announced by official website for the anime series and this year's 48th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine that Daisuke Namikawa (Engine Sentai Go-onger, Hunter × Hunter 2011) will voice Jin kanzaki while Mamoru Miyano (Ultraman Zero, Star Driver) will voice Kouga Amagi.
Osamu Nabeshima (D.Gray-man, Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas) will be the director at TMS Entertainment. The scriptwriter will be Atsuhiro Tomioka (Inazuma Eleven, Samurai 7, Pokémon), and character designs will be handled by Hirotoshi Takaya (Eyeshield 21, Project ARMS). Italian composer Gabriele Roberto (SPEC, Paco and the Magical Book) is in charge of the music.
Zetman centers around Jin, a homeless boy whose true form is the new superhuman lifeform "ZET," and an industrial magnate's heir named Kōga with his own secret.

It's been quite a long time when we have posted the first rumored backstory for our trusty guy, Don Dogoier aka GokaiGreen of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. And according to recent rumors, it will finally be revealed in the upcoming episodes.
Take rumors with a grain of salt!
In Episode 42, Doc's past is revealed. It turns out he was a legendary hero who has lost his memory. Damaras, who was recently imprisoned set out to get revenge for the death of Walz.
With Basco's help, Marvelous is captured, Joe, Ahim, Luka and Gai were also defeated and have gone missing, leaving Don behind. And in Episode 43, the Emperor, Ackdos Gil, plans on having a public execution on earth for Marvelous.
Right after that, Basco makes an allusion to having gotten Fiveman and SunVulcan's great power. There is only one team left to find so he makes Marvelous look for them. This last team is Kakuranger, which means there will probably be a tribute episode.

Bandai Visual's Lantis label began streaming the music video for Gundam AGE's ending theme “Kimi no Naka no Eiyū,” sung by Minami Kuribayashi. The single will be released on November 9th.
Minami Kuribayashi's “Kimi no Naka no Eiyū” single will be released in two versions: the Animation Side, which features a Gundam AGE-1 cover, and Artist Side, which features Minami Kuribayashi.
