After one awesome episode today here is the preview for Kamen Rider Fourze's 21st episode, “The Misguidance Counseling Session.” This episode guest stars Nao Nagasawa as the new teacher, Haruka Utsugi.
Third-year teacher Ms. Haruka Utsugi takes over for Sarina Sonoda, and begins to grow wary of Gentaro. A Zodiarts also makes its appearance, using martial arts skills similar in style to Ms. Utsugi.

its gonna bs the start of fourze vs virgo (unknowingly haruka the new teacher) but the next epsiode saying alliance of the swan is possible that she maybe also working for anti-zodiarts or not
There should be a kamen rider vs super sentai video game with actuall effort put into it like playable villians, badass adventure mode, and dlc like costumes or more characters. What do you think?

Since Horoscope Cancer will coming out soon, does this mean another Horoscope will b gone? Sonoda/Scorpion was replaced by Virgo/Nao-sama, will Libra be replaced next?

Most likely. Since technically they have eight other Horoscopes that haven't been shown yet they need to start cycling through them pretty regularly since we are already at episode 20. Sonoda seemed to only be sent to that other dimension since she asked for another chance and failed. The principal might get stripped of his rank but play it smooth after his inevitable failure and wait before asking for another chance unlike Sonada.But I figure he's just going to end up going down the same road.
This is all speculation though, the principal might stick around and Virgo might end up getting the short end of it if he plays his cards right.
So far, I think it's pretty obvious Chairman Red Eyes Gamou's plan is for people to unlock all 12 Switches for him, then send them to the nebula and get all 12 Switches and become the 13th of the zodiac.
