According to a leaked issue of Televi Magazine, and in 2ch boards, that the latest season of Digimon, Digimon Xros Wars: The Young Hunters Who Race Through Time will end this March 25th.
The leaked issue of Televi Magazine mentioned the words “Final Battle Approaches” for the upcoming Digimon Xros Wars 02 episodes. The current season of Digimon is said to end on its 25th episode.
Apparently, the timeslot for Digimon will be taken by the new Saint Seiya anime series starting April 1st. It's also possible that it's only a change in timeslot, and a new season might be announced in a later date.

Ohh well Honestly Xros Wars make me cry a lot, but it's too soon to finish it. But honestly i preffer the 1st Part. This of Time Shift doesn't make me sense
D: I dont want it to end they havent even got the new Xros loader v2
This newest season has just kind of been bland to me. Since we started the whole digimon hunt game it's felt like we're in Digimon Adventures, except there's no real villain for the arc tying it all together even behind the scenes. It's all just been kind of "well here's a new digimon to cause trouble... don't expect the episode to have too much effect on anything"
@tarlin well we see on the opening some weird floating buildings maybe some inter dimension enemy or like in tamers humans seeking to erase digimon forever
@takuyayagami Eh, the problem with that is it kinda feels too deep for how this season's been playing out. It feels like an after thought to the last two seasons that took place, except now digixros is just a minor upgrade.
Well it have felt like they didn't know what to do with the series.
We've had tons of DotW (Digimon of the Week)
If they have Nene and Kiriha return for the final battle I could expect to see a X8 or X9.

And then go up against the goggle boys with X8/9
actually this is accurate. the show is technically split into 25-30 episode arcs. it just so happened that the first two were linked.
They won't cut it that easily...
If I remembered correctly, the first Xros Wars was already divided into 2 'season'... when they returned to the human world and then go back...
they've aired 18 episodes so far, of those 18, 9 of them had plot relevance. (Tagiru and gumdramon intro, yuu getting damemon back, the 3 'antagonists' appearing.) The rest has been monster of the week filler bullshit. They've teased us with stills and promos featuring the original protagonists, but never done anything with.
Honsestly,after I watched some episodes of the new season, the hunters boy who leapt through time, I said to myself : ''What's the point of making this show? this is full of nonsenses...''.It's just as watching some guys doing some daily quests, and in 18 episodes there's still no no any sign of the true enemy or where they explain what's the point of capturing digimons.I mean, really? in 18 and they still haven't showed the real enemy?? and what's this thing of capturing digimons?? If you have captured them all what happenned?? The digimon world would be inhabited because cause all the digimons are in your xrosloader and you can summon only one of them?? seriously, this one is not like the old digimon series that i used to like.Actually i love the first series of Xros Wars where they were going to fight Bugra Army, but the new one, i follow it but i don't really like it, cause it has no sense..
i have seen all the digimon show and digimon xros wars the boy hunters is the worst of all i expected more hunters and more new digimons and what about the old man and clockmon or what happen with the past goggle boys in the boat y really want a new digimon season but not like the boy hunters
I called this out since like episode 4. How I disliked the new main character... I haven't watched this show in a while, but from the way it's been going, and these comments, I might not even bother until it's worth my time. I pointed out how foolish the plot was, they're effectively poaching digimon. That's all I've seen of this season, is them just capturing digimon for no reason at all. The first season was great! It brought you back to past series and made you care about the characters (save for the girl and Zenjiro (was that his name?) couldn't care less for them). They seriously dropped the ball and need to make something happen.
