What possible problem do all of these people have with Gobusters?

The villains are using logic and have real plans. The characters are developing at a nice pace. The mech fights are beautiful (The best since Dairanger), and well just about everything has been good so far... Except maybe the first appearance of GobusterOh. That fight had maybe every reason I hate Sentai mech fights... But otherwise the show has been topnotch. It's even a bit darker like the 90s Sentai. And people are always whining about how they like the show better that way.

What possible issue can you people give me besides "It's not Gokaiger!" Because that seems to be the only thing I keep seeing when people insult it. I understand lolopinions but seriously can someone who hates it give me one without using the words "Not Gokaiger"

^THANK YOU!!! You are so right on, dude! I really like Go-busters myself, and am also tired of hearing all the complaints. I think the main reason people hate it is because it's so radically different from previous sentai in terms of design ("multi-colored visors instead of black ones, oh noooo...."). Personally, I like it BECAUSE it's so different: it's an interesting change of pace from the usualy sentai material. I also find it interesting how their incorporating power ranger themes, but in a smart and clever way; the phrases "megazord" and "it's morphin time" don't sound cheesy anymore (well, not very anyway, but you get what I mean)!

I have to say, I didn't hate it like I thought I would, but I'm not over the moon with it, either. Thought it would be all anime-ish, and filled with potty humour, somewhat glad to say I was wrong. Will definitely go in for the second episode.

But AkibaRanger is one Sentai show that I'll watch.

The 4th member who will come later in the series will be a foreigner meant to be a representation of Western Power Ranger fans who think they know Super Sentai.

And his name will be Midorian (midori means green in Japanese)

I think the reason people are hating on GoBuster is that it can't live up to the bar that Gokaiger set up. With that, they just blame it because it isn't as great compared to its predecessor.

Also at above post, I don't think a 4th ranger will come in. It will be like how Hurricaranger team set up. Or something like that. A separate group which will later join them.

To tell you the truth, I find the whole fight between "Go-busters vs. Akibranger" to be very stupid. As Sentai fans, one should be open to any and all Sentai, right? Even a parody like Akibaranger can strive to be recognized, as that is their goal.

Anyways, as for my personal opinion, I love Akibaranger's first episode a lot more than Go-busters. But that doesn't mean I think Go-busters is crap. In fact, I love it. I just think it's slow in its build-up. It took a while for me to get into the swing of liking Go-busters, like by the end of the third episode. Still, Go-busters is looking to be a very cool Sentai series in itself, and I'm glad to acknowledge it as the 36th Sentai series.

Akibaranger gave a really good first episode by playing on the things everyone notices about Sentai & Tokusatsu in general and parodizing it. Next episode, they're gonna get a giant robot. Plus having Ryuuji Sainei (Akaza Banban) in the next episode as a guest appearance seems pretty cool. Makes me wonder if they'll have other guest appearances by past Sentai members. Hope to see more! Thank you JEfusion and GekiDan for letting the fans watch great Sentai series!

I'm excited fow future episodes of this show.
I also hope they add more rangers to the group, 3 doesn't seem like enough even if they plan to break the super sentai tropes.

This is the first Sentai of anything I've watched, very funny though.
