Here is the latest trailer for the second revision of the Virtua Fighter 5 video game, Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown, featuring new karateka Jean Kujo and sumo wrestler Taka-Arashi.
Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown is slated to be released on June 5th on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade for $15/1200 MS Points, complete with online play for both platforms.

It's not exactly a new one; just an updated version of Virtua Fighter 5. A significant update, but technically not a new one.
pretty sure TakaArashi was in the game as early as 3
