As reported last June, Avex held a poll on three spots for the bonus music videos of upcoming “Music Video Rider [Kiwami Edition].” The new Kamen Rider music videos have finally been revealed!
Three songs were chosen from 99 songs from Heisei Rider series by fans, and new music videos will be created! The three songs are as follows, by order of ranking:
Their respective music videos, and making-of, will be included in the Kamen Rider music video collection “Music Video Rider [Kiwami Edition].” It includes the other two editions, Takumi (technique type) and Geki (hard rock type), and have a total of 49 videos.
It also includes a 50-page booklet and comes in a deluxe box case. It will be released on September 26th, for 11,500 yen for DVD and 13,500 yen for Blu-Ray. Pre-order your copies now at CDJapan and get exciting bonuses!

As far as I know (meaning I could be wrong in this), Akira Kushida rarely or even didn't have an MV, so perhaps that's the reason we don't have PuToTyra's song MV. Time Judged All got an MV, because it's Eiji x Ankh song, if you know what I mean by that (cause Japanese loves that stuff) ;D
About Decade, I guess most people who did the poll just didn't like the series that much. Well, I'm with them on this, the series is probably my least favorite of the heisei so far hahaha
