Above is the first rumored cast for Jyuden Sentai Kyouryuuger (獣電戦隊キョウリュウジャー). Could this confirm that the 37th Super Sentai series will be a three-man team, and not a five-man team?
The team is composed of Naoto Ito as KyoryuRed, Ryosuke Yamamoto (Hana Kimi 2011) as KyoryuYellow, and Erika Yazawa (Kodai Shoujo Dogu-Chan) as KyoryuBlue. Take note that none of these are already confirmed.
It has been rumored that the Kyouryuuger will appear in Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters vs Gokaiger, and fight alongside their seniors until the end of the film. During the filming, someone saw Joe and Don transforming with the three new guys in red, blue and yellow.

The two teams after anniversary seasons have started as three-man teams: Hurricaneger and Abaranger, Gekiranger and Go-Onger. Just look at how those turned out.

Well, personally I found Hurricanger to be decidedly average. Abaranger was quite awesome, once you get past the initial silliness and find the Abarekiller and Asuka & Mahoro storylines. Gekiranger was perhaps the last Sentai series I really liked with a strong overarching plot and Go-onger was...enjoyable at times, but mostly not my cup of tea.
Indication of a three-man team to begin with is no indication of a show's quality (though Go-onger was always advertised to be five. It just so happened the first episode starred only three). Kyorguger at this point can go any way.

You know, I usually don't believe we know a Sentai until I see something from Toei. Now, I'll bite and agree, since Kyoryuuger has been consistently the name I've been seeing for the new Sentai.
If that's the cast, looks fine to me. Doubt it is. Usually it isn't until the news right before we see the first pictures, even then it's usually best until we something from Toei.
It would be funny if Joe and Don fought with the Kyouryuuger for this one. My first thought would be either Navi or the Buddyroids to catch a glimpse, but I guess Toei wants to push the envelope with the cameo. My guess is that it'll just be Joe and Don since they're not likely to be back, at least not until the next anniversary. As for how it won't be brought up with the Go-Busters, maybe it'll be something referenced for the proper team-up between Kyouryuuger and Go-Busters.
Who knows? Let's find someone who can see into the future. :)

It may be like Go-Busters, where we start with three and pick up more. I think it's a little premature to be reminded of Sun Vulcan.
I think they've done a pattern of 2 series of a 3 manned team then 3 series of a 5 manned team since hurricanger.
