According to the latest Japanese magazines, this month will be the debut of Kamen Rider Wizard Flame Dragon. But before that, Haruto must first solve the mystery of the unknown Wizard Ring. What kind of power does it hold?
Episode 8: N/A - 10/21

Shunpei looks at Haruto's rings and notices there's one ring that he doesn't recognize. Haruto explains that the ring doesn't react with the belt for some reason, and he doesn't even know what the ring can be used for.
Haruto saves Hiroki, a child Gate, from the ghouls. Without warning, a white Garuda appeared, and Haruto chases after it. Haruto loses sight of it when it left a small box behind. Haruto finds a red magic stone inside and the unknown ring starts reacting to the stone.
Episode 9: N/A - 10/28

Haruto found out that Hiroki is the son of Mikiko, his old friend, Mikiko. Haruto suggests that he watches over Hiroki until the Phantom case is solved. However, Phoenix attacks Mikiko instead to bring Hiroki into despair, seeing his mother getting hurt. When Haruto realizes this, he searches for Hiroki's father.

Wow it hasn't even been 10 eps and Wizard is already getting an upgrade. I hope the writers don't rush the plot and end up with a huge chunk of fillers later on.

White Garuda definitely belongs to the White Wizard. Looks like he's watching over Haruto. Considering that all of Wizard's forms receive this upgrade, I understand why they introduced it so early.
True, makes me thing we'll be getting our second rider just as shortly as the Dragon forms.

To be fair, Fourze did get his Elec States Episode 6.
Wizard has had all his forms since the first episode (granted, Water didn't make a debut until episode 4 or so) and instead of his upgrade being a brand new form, it is just an add-on to his current forms. All four forms are getting this upgrade meaning they have to spread out the debut of each Dragon Form.

I believe the true mid season form will be the dragon flame form with all the dragon pieces attached to him. I believe this is just kinda like how kuuga had golden power to simply enhance his powers further.

I agree with Anon 8:02AM. I believe the ritual to summon Phantoms is really "the Sabbath", and its true purpose is to choose potential wizards. If that's true, that's pretty cruel, sacrificing all those humans just for that.

We're probably getting earlier form upgrades because we will have more forms this year than ever before, more toys to buy!!!! Yay!!
I'd have to say if I were to be a real Kamen Rider, I would either be Wizard or Decade, just for the coolest henshin. The loudness of the Decade henshin is enough to make most monsters shit their pants.
