Go-BusterAce Deathmatch! Go-Buster King Debuts! [Updated]

The 43rd issue of this year's TOEI Hero Max have provided new summaries for the November episodes of Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters. This centers around the debut of Go-Buster King and the hunt for the remaining MessiahRoids.

Mission 37: The black and white brides - 11/04
Yoko receives an invitation from mister Hasegawa (played by Gong Teyu), one of her old teachers. The young man, now about to marry a woman, was Yoko’s first love when she was a little girl.

Tiararoid, a new Metaroid, attacks without any warning. The Go-Busters think of a plan where Yoko can take the place of the bride to protect her. Meanwhile, Escape appears donning a new form!

Mission 38: Event! Ace deathmatch - 11/11
Vaglass’ new plan consists in building a giant dome where Enter wants to trap Go-Buster Ace to make it fight a whole bunch of Megazord.

No one can access the dome from the outside and without Hiromu and Ace, the Go-Busters have a problem. Meanwhile, a new formation appears! Can the Go-Buster King defeat all these threats to the city?

Mission 39: Final strike! Messiah’s fist! - 11/18
Kenta Sawai, owner of a karate dojo, claims to have seen a Messiah Card around. The Go-Busters question him but he suddenly changes his mind and denies seeing such a card.

The Karateroid appears!

Mission 40: To cover J and the Messiahroid! - 11/25
Escape creates Parabolaroid 2 to locate the missing Messiah Cards. She finds one but it seems that J collects it before she does. Is J going to turn into a Messiahroid?

In addition, the magazine also hinted that "unexpected guests" will take part in the upcoming Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters vs Gokaiger team-up film. The movie premieres January 19th.

I love gobusters and all, but real talk, they have no idea where to go with this at all.

^what?their doing fine. monster forms being revealed and j might be possessed by a messiah card. what's wrong?

*Like I said, I love it but I havnt been too engaged because i felt like they aren't putting too much emphasis in the story here. Then again it is a kid's show and sometimes you have to have some fun, which is one of the things I like about it, but right now it just feels like each episode is revolved around a distraction rather than a subplot.

(cont') If it does turn out that J turns to massaihroid and Jin is in cohoots with the ordeal, then that'll forsure kinda bring me back.

I love when people post rubbish like Anon 1, but never elaborate on what their gripe is. Whatever. I don't see how they don't know where to go. The cards and the Messiahroids that spawn from them collect data, obviously the data collected will eventually be used to create a "perfect" Messiah. This week we're going to see Escape take a different form, showing that they're evolving and adapting. Again, how do they have no idea where they're going?

AZN Cowboy, actually i did elaborate a bit on the third and forth comment. yeah they came with the story of using cards and all that but honestly I thought from the beginning this was gona stick to the spy aspect a bit more.
Then it didnt but I liked the dynamic of having to actually fight two monsters at once and what not. But then we get the whole "Hey maybe there is way to get into cyberspace" which woulda been cooler if they extended it a bit.
YOu know? make it like we discover a madmax type world and these guy defend it a bit.
If massiah did get destroyed prematurely we see them trying to figure out what to do next then BAM ENTER is back and we get the massaiah returns arc.

But we instead get episodes in between key points of the story that lightly reflect on what needs to be done. Its like "Shit guys, we have to move and stop this dude. BUT WAIT lets chill a minute and and get distracted. These guys come to us anyways."

TL DR: this show is pretty much "Here's some great concepts in the story but lets take our time on it by having them go through some trivial moments between key points"

and this drag it made for itself is what makes me sigh. I loved moments like when they FINALLY do shit that matters but between them I'm like skimming through episodes.

Not enough cleavage on that black wedding dress Escape is wearing.

  11. Its November and episode 40 is the signal of the end. I was hoping that Varglass would grow in members and Gobuster would have 6-7 members as well. I was disappointed and the ratings are poor for the series. Not what I was expecting though but still I do enjoy it for what is worth.

  12. Hairball Says:

the ratings are low because of the kids in japan...blame fuckin fourze for being so happy go lucky i dont think the show has gotten worse since the "changes" i think it continues to get better, and so what that the numbers dont increase? big deal get over it
