Couldn't help but laugh at Jinpei.
In the US adaption he didn't talk but made weird chirping and blurp noises and I immediately did them when Tatsuomi was on screen.

I don't think I ever watched Gatchaman, so there's no nostalgia rose-tinting my perception, but one thing that I really, seriously hope they do, is UPDATE the old Gatchaman suits. They may have been okay in the 70s or 80s or whenever the show was made, but they just look downright silly now.

  3. Straight to hell with that! I hope they remain VERY faithful to the original costumes because they are awesome in any era!

Better that than going the generic route of black leather and a bajillion exposed seams. This isn't Gantz, it's Gatchaman!

I agree on that. but i wouldn't mind updating it just a little bit.

BTW Gouriki Ayame is a shit actress. in japan her popularity is mostly among young people critics however arent arent so impressed by her.
