Above is the keycut from the WOWOW official page, depicting our first look at live action adaptation of CLAMP's supernatural manga “xxxHolic”. The series is slated to premiere on February 24th.
Scheduled for eight 50-minute episodes, it will be led by model and actress Anne (Taira no Kiyomori, Yokai Ningen Bem) will play as the the witch Yuuko Ichihara, and Shota Sometani (Tsumi to Batsu: A Falsified Romance, Koishite Akuma) as Kimihiro Watanuki, a high-school student disturbed by his ability to see the supernatural.
Also included in the cast are Masahiro Higashide (Kekkon Shinai) and Karen Miyazaki (GTO 2012), as Doumeki Shizuka and Kunogi Himawari, respectively.
Watanuki requests to have his ability to see spirits removed and, as payment, Yuuko hires him to work in the shop, resulting in various supernatural encounters. xxxHolic (read as "holic") links with the other manga CLAMP made, especially Tsubasa Chronicles.

Which part of xxxHolic they adapt? Since this manga is tied with Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, I guess that it wont be so easy.
I guess they will just do the parts without Tsubasa Chronicle. Case of the week.
What if they substitute Mokona with a human maid?
They could make Mokona both a stuffed animal and cg like Luna was in Sailor Moon.
The pic is cool because it represents one of the greatest aspects of the series in which Yuuko's breasts are barely in her kimono. Definately going to need lots of that throughout the show please.
