Kamen Rider Battride War: More In-Game Screens, New Villains Revealed


Dengeki Online had posted new in-game screens for the first Kamen Rider game for the PlayStation 3 Kamen Rider Battride War. This features various form-changes of playable riders, and the confirmation of new villains.

New screens featuring Kamen Rider Wizard featuring his various Dragon styles — Fire Dragon, Hurricane Dragon, Water Dragon, and Land Dragon — and of course, All Dragon.


Special in-game screens featuring Kamen Rider Ryuki (with his "Survive" Form), Kiva (with Garulu, Bassha, Dogga and Emperor Forms), and Hibiki (with his "Armed" form. Bike action scenes are also featured.


Three new villains are also revealed in the update. These are Kamen Rider Odin, Douji (from Hibiki), and Dark Kiva.


Like previously revealed, secondary Kamen Riders will act as your allies to help you on various missions. The image above shows as Kamen Rider Hibiki and Ibuki help each other against the Makamous.

The game's main feature is the Chronicle Mode, where riders from Kuuga to Wizard fights against a horde of kaijins, revisiting famous places from the TV series, trying to regain their lost memories. It will also featuring some of the original actors returning and voicing their respective roles.

Kamen Rider Battride War will be released this May 23rd for 7480 yen, and 10,480 yen for PREMIUM TV SOUND EDITION which include 30 songs from the works scheduled to be featured in the game (available until August 2013). Pre-order now at CDJapan and get exciting bonuses!

    As a proper console game, there is the chance for DLC. So it just might happen, Shad! Fingers crossed.
