Square Enix started streaming the official E3 trailer for the final installment of the main Final Fantasy XIII game, “Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII”. Square Enix also announces that the game will be released on November 21st.
A 26,000 yen limited edition “Final Fantasy XIII – Lightning Ultimate Box” premium set that will be released on the same day. It includes all three Final Fantasy XIII games, a soundtrack album packaged in an acrylic disc case, a pamphlet containing original costume designs, and a Play Arts Lightning figure.
The game, which acts as the final chapter in Lightning's saga, takes place as the world is about to end and Lighting has 13 days to save it. Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is slated to be released on November 21st for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles, for 7770 yen.
