Final Fantasy X HD Remaster to Include New Short Drama
Weekly Shonen Jump reveals that a half-hour long original drama will be played during the credits roll in the upcoming release of Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Remaster. The new scenario will be written by Kazushige Nojima and will include newly recorded voices.
Originally released in 2001 for the PlayStation 2, Final Fantasy X took place in Spira, as the story revolves around a group of adventurers and their quest to defeat a rampaging monster known as Sin. Tidus, a blitzball star finds himself in Spira after his home city of Zanarkand was destroyed by Sin. He later joins the summoner Yuna on her pilgrimage to destroy Sin.
Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Remaster is slated for 2013 release, in both Japan and North American territories.
