Persona 3 Stage Play Lead Stars Unveiled

The lead stars of the stage play inspired by the Persona 3 role-playing game, entitled Persona 3: the Weird Masquerade ~The Blue Awakening~, had finally been revealed! The play will be led by voice actors Shouta Aoi and Kana Asumi.

Singer and voice actor Shouta Aoi (Uta no Prince-sama - Maji Love 2000%, You and Me.) will play the role of the male protagonist, while voice actress Kana Asumi (Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos, Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream) will play the female protagonist. More cast is scheduled to be revealed next week.

The stage play adaptation will open at Tokyo Dome City's Theatre G-Rosso in January 2014. The play's music will be composed by Persona series composer Shoji Meguro, while Shutaro Oku will be in charge of casting, and Jun Kumagai (Persona 4 The Animation) will be writing the scripts.

Meanwhile, the anime film adaptation of the same game, Persona 3 the Movie: Spring of Birth, will premiere this November 23rd.

Persona 3 follows the story of a male high-school student who joins the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad (SEES), a group of students investigating the Dark Hour, a time period between one day and the next that few people are aware of.

The day that Atlus stops milking persona 3/4 is the day I buy anything from them >^> nah who am I kidding I gave up on Atlus when they started making enhanced versions of all their games less then a year from their vanilla versions and when they took stuff that were staples to the main series and sold them off as DLC

Tldr:Atlus sucks and only weeaboos like them now.

@Anon: Yes well if that's the case, that makes me a weeaboo. Oh and I'd rather be a weeaboo than to be like you. Atleast it's better than being like you.
