Microsoft Introduces Internet Explorer Anime Gal: Inori Aizawa


At the Anime Festival Asia 2013, Microsoft Singapore created an anime personification of its default web browser, Internet Explorer, named Inori Aizawa. Watch the special video of Inori as she showcases the features of the web browser.


The dark side of the Internet can be a dangerous and scary place. Will our heroine be able to survive?

The shield says it all: Costume "X" with an "I" Defense = Version XI, which is the Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 and 8.1 that she is now representing, which some reviewers saying can run faster than the current versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox with HTML5 and Adobe Flash complete integration. The multiple windows thing is reminiscent of a feature used in IE 10 that has been strengthened in IE 11 as well.
