Microsoft Offers Xbox One Without Kinect


It has been confirmed by Microsoft that on June 9th, they will be starting to offer Xbox One which doesn't have the Kinect peripheral, their newest game console, It would be available "in all markets where Xbox One is sold" for US$399 making its price lower down to the level as Sony PlayStation 4, its main competitor.

According to Microsoft, they would be offering "popular entertainment apps" to all owners of Xbox 360 and Xbos One including those who doesn't have active XBox Live Gold membership. Also, free games and discounts would be given to a Gold membership on both consoles starting June.

Last November 21st, Xbox One was launched with bundled Kinect for US$499 and will be released in Japan on September 4th with 48 game makers have registered offering titles for it. In fact, Microsoft has shipped five million Xbox One consoles around the world.
