I wouldn't be surprised if it's just an editing fuck up like with Wizard in the trailer two years ago. No former cst members from MMPR nor Dino Thunder is even hinting at reunion. Don't believe the hype.
How will they Explain the original Megazord returning? It was destroyed as Thunder Megazord. (Reminder, all of Megazord's Dinozords become the Thunder Zords needed for Thunder Megazord)

Ohhh, no! I'm not falling for Saban's tricks this time! ESPECIALLY after the lackluster all-star team-up in the Super-Megaforce finale!

Nah, knowing Saban they'll take the Sentai footage and dub some anonymous grunts and hi-yahs over it. No involvement from the original actors, no real team up in any meaningful sense. But Saban will market the living hell out of it as "the Return of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers".

The same way they explained the return of Jason's powers for Forever Red, or the return of all ranger teams -- including future rangers like SPD and alt-universe ones like RPM: by not explaining anything.
And frankly, that's fine, too. Not explaining them was the least of Super Megaforce's problems, and not explaining Jason didn't reduce Forever Red one bit.
Back to the topic though, I was really disappointed by the mecha fight in Koryu vs. Go-Busters, especially after that wonderful mecha fight in the previous team-up. If it does happen, I expect Saban to mess it up even more.
Best case scenario is that they just simply re-do the battle altogether, but Saban's too cheap for that.
