Check-out our first look at the newest Eyecon that we will be seeing in the upcoming Kamen Rider Ghost V-Cinema movie, Kamen Rider Ghost RE:BIRTH Kamen Rider Specter.
Introducing the Shin Specter Eyecon, a remolded/recolored version of the Infinite Ghost Eyecon (which Ghost uses to transform into his ultimate form, Kamen Rider Ghost Infinite Soul Form) which Makoto will use in the movie to achieve another power-up form, Shin Specter. This new Eyecon will be bundled with the release of the video.
And as for other rumors, there are also talks about a new form for Ghost which is the Shinsengumi Soul Form and a new unnamed form for Necrom too.

Good, Necrom REALLY needs a new form.
Man, Specter's powered up enough. How about giving Necrom a new form? They did it for Mashin Chaser!
oooo, a mugen version for Specter, i won't expect much from the costume tho, but hope they recycle the Grateful suit instead
