And here is our first batch of Terebi magazine scans featuring information about the newest Super Sentai team that will be debuting in the upcoming Zyuohger VS Ninninger movie: Space Task Force Kyuuranger!
Here's the description for each of the team members:
Each of the Kyuuranger's members are aliens, robots and beast that are a native of the constellations that they represent.
- The Super Star. Shishi Red - A strong fighter. The member that has an incredible luck in life that helps him in life and in the battlefield.
- The Poison Star, Sasori Orange - An elite warrior who uses poison and a master of martial arts.
- The Beast Star, Ookami Blue- A very skilled man-beast warrior.
- The Ring Star, Oushi Black - A robot designed for wrestling and has gigantic strength.
- The Trick Star, Tenbin Gold - Another robot that can control machines. He is nicknamed as the "Mechaman".
- The Silent Star, Hebitsukai Silver - Tenbin Gold's partner. An alien who can use paralysis on a desired target.
- The Ninja Star, Chameleon Green - A female alien that can turn invincible with the help of her chameleon power.
- The Speed Star, Washi Pink - A super fast android who is always aiming to win.
- The Food Meister, Kaijiki Yellow - a cook that is also skilled with blades.
And as explained recently, the rangers Seiza Blaster which will function as the main transformation device for the 9 members of Kyuuranger. Along with it are the Kyudama, the gimmick that will be used next year and they will be armed with the Kyuza Weapons (weapons of the 9 constellations) can transform into 9 different weapons that are ranger specific: sword for red, axe for black, slasher for yellow, sickle for silver, spear for orange, crossbow for gold, rapier for green, claw for blue and shot for pink.

I think Chameleon Green is supposed to translate to "Female alien that can turn "invisible", not "invincible". Regardless, I am more excited about this sentai than I have been in years.
Interesting line up, definitely gonna watch this...
So humans, robots, aliens and beasts. Definitely taking sci fi elements here. I wonder if "silent star" will be literal and silver will be mute?
Description and photos make it appear that orange may be the second in command/second most focused character of team which usually goes to blue or green.
It's interesting how in all photos blue green black and yellow are always to one side of red and orange silver gold and pink are on other side. Really wonder if we might see a two team dynamic with red leadjng both as a way not to have all 9 involved in every episode.
Lastly the more photos released the more I love the suits. They definitely have a dekaranger vibe minus the police aspect. I hope with the upcoming dekaranger-Gavan movie it's an indicator they'll be available for a team up episode down the line
Now things get more interesting! Some of them are robot and alien. The most challenging part are how to make each character developed equally. Or we are gonna get another Kiryuu Sentai Daigoranger.
Anyway, i'm really excited for this!

Blue has claws on his feet! Also, do you think "beast-man" means another Zyuman type deal? Or perhaps a werewolf that can change at will? Either way, I'd like to see how Kyuranger vs Zyuohger handles it. Probably gonna be funny to see.
Final judgment pending of course, but increasingly more optimistic. Getting a too many cooks vibe though. Should start small and gradually introduce the other members, a la Dekaranger and Kyoryuuger. Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't the members of Flashman aliens also?
so it's a mixture of humans, aliens, and robots. at least it's less likely that red would be the only one to get 3 forms this time.
Taking by the description, Ookami Blue is a Zyuman done right. I'm digging the character concepts and the images. Hope the show is gonna be good.

Ok SERIOUSLY they NEED to get Sota Fukushi back as Gentaro for a crossover episode like they did with Jiraiya in Ninninger. Hell this is the perfect time to do it because it's 2017 the year be became a teacher at Amanogawa High that was shown in movie war ultimatum. Just do what Gokaiger did with Megaranger and have then go to the school and meet him there. They don't even need him to transform because his driver was destroyed in ultimatum. Just get him back. Interact with the cast. Give um a friendship speech. Some fist bumps. Boom done the end.
