Japanese Actor Seizo Fukumoto Passes Away

It was recently reported that Japanese Jidaigeki drama actor Seizo Fukumoto, who is known to his fans as "the man who has been slashed 50,000 times", has passed away at the age of 77 due to lung cancer last January 1st. 

In the tokusatsu scene, he portrayed the role of Black Shogun in the All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Rider movie and as a samurai in Cho Ninja Tai Inazuma. He was also in Tom Cruise's movie, The Last Samurai, where he portrayed the role of one of Katsumoto's loyal samurai.
