Gravure idol and Engine Sentai Go-Onger actress Yumi Sugimoto stated on her blog that she was diagnosed with acute pyelonephritis. She was ordered to have absolute rest, with that, she temporarily suspended all her activities for two weeks.
According to the blog post, there was a sudden change in Sugimoto's physical condition after she appeared in the stage musical “Annie” last May 6th. At the hospital, she was tested and the doctors found out that it is due to acute pyelonephritis. ReplyDeleteYou are the best and beatiful actress ever,Yumi
I hope she gets better soon!
ReplyDeleteShe should be okay for the most part. While it's definitely a serious condition, it was probably caught early enough. It's also acute, meaning she'll more than likely make a full recovery. If I could give any advice at all it would be do down the cranberry juice as often as possible. Essentially, what she has is Urinary Tract Infection. Anyway, get well soon, Yumi!
