New "Gundam 0083" Manga Adaptation Coming this June


The 1991 Gundam original video anime Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory will be inspiring a new manga adaptation starting in the August issue of Gundam Ace magazine, that will be released on June 26th.

With the first chapter having over 40 pages, Masato Natsumoto (Mobile Suit Gundam: Lost War Chronicles, Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Hard Graph: Tetsu no Kanba) will be illustrating the manga, while Takashi Imanishi (Gundam 0083's director) will take care of the the story.

Set during October and November UC 0083, the series focuses on the crew of the Earth Federation Space Force assault carrier Albion as they try to recover a nuclear-armed Gundam mobile suit stolen by a Zeon group at a base in Australia. It acts as a transition from Mobile Suit Gundam to Zeta Gundam.

    That explains the Real Grades (was hoping for a remaster like SeeD and SeeD destiny but oh well).

  3. well finally some news about something gundam related though i wouldn't really call this news but its a start has anyone heard any rumors abt a new season or maybe a seed destiny movie or anything maybe a good gundam website
