A bunch of new television ads for the upcoming Pocket Monsters: The Origin anime special had been released online. This features brand new footage and scenes involving Sakaki (Giovanni).
The story is set in the Kanto Region, the first region to be featured in the Pokémon game franchise. Also featured in the promo are the Pokémon Hitokage (Charmander), Ishitsubute (Geodude), Kamex (Blastoise), Lizardon (Charizard) and Shiten'nō (Elite Four) member Wataru (Lance). Here, in the fierce battle with Team Rocket's leader Sakaki (Giovanni), Red will encounter a strange Pokémon. Who could it be?!
It was previously revealed that Junko Takeuchi (Naruto, Inazuma Eleven) will be voicing Red, while Professor Ōkido (Professor Oak) will be voiced by Katsuji Mori (Gatchaman, Legend of the Galactic Heroes). Tomokazu Sugita (Gintama, Kamen Rider Kiva) will play the gym leader Takeshi (Brock), and Rikiya Koyama (Hajime no Ippo) as Sakaki (Giovanni), the leader of the evil organization Team Rocket.
"Made specially for people who played Pokémon Red and Green (Blue in North America)", Pokémon: The Origin airs on October 2nd.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Naruto!! It's Naruto!!! Hahahaha!!!! Now fanfic writers of NarutoxPokemon will know how Naruto says the pokemon names.
