The premiere date of Power Rangers Super Megaforce is finally confirmed! The 21st season of the long running Power Rangers franchise premieres this February 15th on Nick.
A massive alien army Armada is set to conquer Earth. To face this threat, Gosei, a supernatural guardian who has protected Earth for centuries, gives the Rangers special morphers and keys, which allow them to morph into Super Megaforce Rangers and to some extent, past Rangers!
I noticed that they spoiled Gokai Silver at the end.

Anyone else noticed that a new PR Season debuts on the SAME WEEKEND as a new SS Season?
ReplyDeleteYeah, the pictures from the set showed the fighting spirit helmet. I'd have to guess considering they have every other helmet correct that it probably is a legal issue between toei and saban. i cant imagine after the hubbub over it in fighting spirit that saban would just not notice it's wrong.
ReplyDeleteThere is one thing I thought of that no one has brought up; maybe JDF likes the silver stripe? I saw a picture of him holding the original helmet on the set when he was in NZ. Maybe the silver stripe symbolizes Tommy's wisdom and experience as a ranger, solidifying his true status as a power rangers legend.
ReplyDeleteThe episode finally premiered and.......it was okay. Much better than my expectations of failure. I don't mind the sound changes for the weapons and the voice work for some reason felt more better. Now I just need to see the first tribute episode.
