ReplyDeleteEverything looks great...except the fruit salad chest plate and rainbow eyes. The first thing that dissapoint me in the series. Anyway, is that the silver apple rider who stands beside gaim?

ReplyDeleteSince the silhouette of Kiwami was released I wasn't a big fan of the triangular cone helmet deal. I find that his armor for this form seems very slimming, not much bulk like all the other riders and arms and I don't know if I like that. The fruits on the chest seems a bit off but I guess they had to show all of the fruits somehow. I think it would have been better if they added something so that the line between the eyes connected to mouth forming two "eyes" instead of one, similar to Kachidoki arms. The armor of the lower half from the belt down looks cool though. As of now it's not my favorite looking arms but hopefully it will grow on me.

ReplyDeleteI don't know, it doesn't look like it really fits with the general design motif of the other Riders. I guess I'll reserve judgement until I see it in action.
ReplyDeleteHmm... Gaim's new form looks odd, to say the least. I mean, with the fruits slapped onto his chest and the colours on his visor. I'm sure we can get used to it well, and admire it when we see it in action :)
ReplyDeletelol, It would not be a good enough fruit theme without a fruit salad form. Im guessing the white and black stripes is tribute to the Himawari lockseed (LS-00) since it was the most generic lockseed that didn't have a form or weapon when opened.

I'm hugely disappointed with Kiwami arms design. Kachidoki arms looks so much better than this final form. In my personal opinion, Kiwami arms is one of the worst final forms design-wise together with Decade Complete and Den-O Super Climax.

BLUE IS probably 2nd apple rider who is good guy like KR hercus was in God Speed Love.(Well he is along with them so....)I gotta say good job on the apple riders.And Bad one on Kiwinami arms. Its looks like Fourze in "Fruit States".

ReplyDeleteThe blue rider is Yuuya, since the movie is non canon he might still be alive like Hase, and i personally thinks that Kiwami arms are better than most of you guys think since instead of getting more bulky he gets slimmer. Who knows maybe Kiwami is as epic as Kachidoki
ReplyDeleteAnd just to break the streak of negative comments, I don't mind this final form. I mean people have been saying Gaim's final form would probably be a fruit salad/basket and really I have no idea what most of you guys were expecting. Kachidoki is based off an armored shogun while Kiwami is an armorless form of shogun which explains it doesn't have much on him. Plus it has the power to wield the weapons of orange, ichigo, budou, banana, pine, melon, suika, sonic arrow, musou saber, and the DJ gun, which, you have to admit, is pretty cool power.

ReplyDeleteAs for Kiwami Arms itself, I will gladly say I'm one of the few that actually likes it. Yes the chest is a bit of a mess but everything else I really like. The silver gives gives it a royal feel and the way the armor is designed makes it look slim but still something the looks powerful. The pointed hat isn't that distracting especially considering several Japanese warlords wore this type of helmet. Granted this is subject to people's personel opinion and everyone's free to like it or not, but personally do like it.
