Official release date for the DX Kiwami Lock Seed will be this June 6, 2014 and will cost 2,500 yen. A two-pack set which contains the Kachidoki Lock Seed (for those who didn't have the chance to grab it) and Kiwami Lock Seed  will also be available for 3,500 yen,
