The new Super Hero taisen movie hasn't premiered yet but Toei has announced that a new rider is on the way and he is called Kamen Rider 4 and he will star in an upcoming DVD special.
Kamen Rider 4 is fighter pilot-inspired Kamen Rider who flies around in his personal plane “SkyCyclone”. The story will take place in the world of Super Hero Taisen GP in a three episode mini-series that is written by Nobuhiro Mouri (Kamen Rider OOO, Gaim) and directed by Kyohei Yamaguchi (W/OOO/Gaim’s Hyper Battle DVDs).
Toei is going to give away the first episode of Kamen Rider #4 in DVD to the first 100 people who get to see Super Hero Taisen GP in theaters, similar to what they did on Kamen Rider Drive Episode 0 with Kamen Rider X Kamen Rider Movie Taisen: Full Throttle.

It's almost like they don't want the Heisei riders out numbering the Showa riders. Like, more Showa riders means they're still relevant, right?
