Dobutsu Sentai Zyuohger will premiere next month, February 14, 2016 replacing Shuriken Sentai Ninninger.
This series looks like crossbreed of animals and minecraft :D

The human should wear a "human suit" with his face on his chest like the rest. His mecha should be a human too. Don't get why he's a bird.

ReplyDeleteBecause I wasn't expecting it to be this goofy! Possibly due to the fact that animal-themed Sentais have been mostly serious (Liveman, Gaoranger).
Agree with Anon1, the minecraft nod is REALLY strong.

ReplyDeleteBut seriously it does look really funny. I hope the comedic tone is kept in the actual series to separate this one from past animal sentai series. I'll give it a fair shot.
Also, is Red pretty much their mom in this? He's gotta take care of all of these hyperactive kids?
I want to know how it works in Japan. People are constantly attacked by monsters but when there not blowing the shit out of them there all just like "hey look monsters cool.
