A few days ago tumbler user Kylorenisapunkbltch released a video; Star Wars: The Force Awakens Anime Opening. Using the song Colors by Japanese band FLOW, the opening soundtrack from the anime Code Geass, the video was a montage of scenes from the film edited to look like an anime opening and it does the job just right!
When asked why he choose the song, he responds: "It was less about the meaning behind the song and more about how the song sounded just as a whole. It reminded me a lot of the more whimsical nature of star wars whilst also being really action-packed. It’s a really fun song and it’s great for editing.". According to the creator it took him 2 hours to edit the video.
So without further adieu, here is the Star Wars: The Force Awakens Anime Opening.

ReplyDeleteEh. I would've preferred something from JAM Project. >_>
ReplyDeleteHow did this take 2 hours? all they did was take the trailer and added a song and a few credits to video easily done in less than an hour.
