Cinema Today's official website has revealed the new Soul forms for Kamen Rider Specter and Kamen Rider Necrom in their upcoming Kamen Rider Ghost V-Cinema movie, Ghost RE: BIRTH: Kamen Rider Specter.
First up is Kamen Rider Specter's new form that , Kamen Rider Shin Specter. Makoto uses the Shin Specter Ghost Eyecon to achieve this form. This form is heavily based on Ghost's Infinite Soul Form and we can all consider this as Specter's ultimate form.
Lastly, here is Kamen Rider Necrom Friendship Burst Soul. This form is attained thru all the hardships that Alain and all of his friends has experienced. The golden flame design on his new suit represents the flame of friendship.

At least shin specter isn't just a just a recoloring of mugen like some other returns forms (mach chaser)
