Saint Seiya Live-Action Hollywood Movie Gets Green-lit


Get ready to suit-up in your mythical clothes as Masami Kurumada's action-packed masterpiece, Saint Seiya, has been given a go signal for a live-action Hollywood movie!

According to eiga.com, Toei Animation and Chinese distribution company ARGF (A Really Good Film) will co-produce the movie along with Toei's Yoshiki Ikezama and Kozo Morishita who will be the producer and executive producer of the movie.

Polish movie director Tomasz baginski is in-charge of directing the live-action film. Baginski is known for his directing work in the Academy Award winning animated short, Katedra.

  3. I don't even see how this is much of a "Hollywood" movie. The distributors are Japanese and Chinese, the producers are Japanese, the director is Polish......last I knew Hollywood was in California. It almost is as if "Hollywood" is becoming another way of saying "big budget" rather than where the production is actually made.
