First let's get acquainted with Kamen Rider Rogue. He uses a Sclash Driver and the Crocodile Cracked Full Bottle to transform and he is armed with the Nebula Steam Gun and Steam Blade that can also combine into the Nebula Steam Rifle. His identity is still a fuzz but after seeing his defeat yesterday and the upcoming mini-series ROGUE, we can bet our money that this is Gentoku seeking revenge.
Lastly, we have the Washio brothers, Rogue's henchmen who looks exactly like the twin Kaizers from the team-up movie. Fu Washio uses the Nebula Steam Gun and Gear Remocon (short for remote control) to transform into Remocon Bro and uses speed for his attacks while Rai Washio uses the Gear Engine and Nebulaa Steam Gun to transform into Engine Bro and makes use of his strength.
