A new scanned image from the Kamen Rider Build toy catalog has surfaced revealing 2 new Pandora Box panels plus our first look at love look at Kamen Rider Rouge.
As seen from the scan above, this Pandora Box panels belong to the nation of Seito and Hokuto and can also hold 10 Full Bottles. Also seen here are the Wizard and Gaim Full Bottle sets.
Then we have Kamen Rider Rouge, which is Himuro Gentoku's upcoming new form/power-up which he uses a Sclash Driver and the Crocodile Crack Full Bottle to transform.

You have no valid proof that Gentoku will be the upcoming Rider though. Best not to assume until nearer the time.
