Introducing the Phantom Thieves Lupinrangers, a team of highly skilled thieves who's main goal is the retrieve the Lupin Collection, a powerful treasure that is also in the sight of the evil Ganglers.
They transform into their ranger suits by using the Dial Fighters (which also acts as their main mecha) and Dual Transformation Gun VS Changer and are all armed with the Lupin Sword!
In the way of the Lupinrangers and Ganglers are hot blooded law enforcement team called Police Squad Patrangers. Their main duty is to safeguard the Lupin Collection.
Just like the Lupinrangers, they transform into their ranger suits by using the Trigger Machines and the VS Changer and re all armed with the Megabou, a megaphone that transforms into a police baton!
Can these two Super Sentai teams who has the same goals work with each other for the good of the earth? Which side will be?
