First image is the DX Genius Full Bottle (June 2018) which gives Sento the ability to access his final ultimate form, Kamen Rider Build Genius Form. Then we have the DX Magma Knuckle (April 2018) used by Banjo to power-up into Kamen Rider Cross-Z Magma.
Here is the DX Evol Driver (May 2018), used by still unknown user to transform into Kamen Rider Evol. Could he be Blood Stalk? Comes with the Cobra and Rider Evol Bottles.
Introducing the DX Evol Trigger (June 2018), an upgraded version of the Hazard Trigger which Kamen Rider Evol uses to power-up into Kamen Rider Evol Black Hole. He can also change forms using the Rabbit and Dragon Evol Bottles (May 2018).
Besides his current form that is Kamen Rider Rogue, Night Rouge will also get his own new form by using the Evol Driver along with the Bat and Engine Full Bottles (May 2018) to transform into Kamen Rider Mad Rouge!
Lastly, Build will acquire more new Best matches powered by these new Full Bottles namely SameBike (April 2018), HachiMarine (March 2018) and SaiDryer (April 2018).

Anonymous above, take a look at the mouthpiece. If you look closely enough, they kind of look like fangs of a cobra. I had the same question too until I looked closely, but that might not cut it for you.

I have a feeling grease wont make it to the end. got a feeling ryuga is going to get the magma knuckles from otoya right before otoya dies. Since otoya is referencing heat or fire when his engine turns over
