You should edit this because it uses the context that the good guys are not actually the good guys. That sentence should read "and his comrades will get to *stop the terror that Evolt has started!"
"finish the terror that Evolt has started" reads as if the Riders are really all for what Evolt is doing. You could also add "off" after "finish" to get the context of the Riders being opposed to Evolt's plans.
